First time to order (online & pick up) food from this Popeye's. Ordered spicy tenders online; received regular tenders. Did not receive the requested sauces, either. French fries were a bit mushy, too. Upon pick up, speaker/microphone made talking to the employee impossible...too much static and incomprehensable conversing. I am a big Popeyes fan. I generally love the food. When this store first opened, they had excellent service and I bragged about it to my out of town family. But, it's been bad for quite a while now. I think all the original staff is gone. Every time I go inside to order, I get ignored for 10 minutes. Then, after I order, I have to wait and wait and wait. Once the chicken comes, it's often overcooked and always with too little seasoning. That's been their norm for around a year now. I used to eat here once a week. Worst fast food experience ever, consistently. They ALWAYS get your order wrong and your ALWAYS waiting in line forever. I have ordered their wings 4 times now and each time they did not even put the sauce on them. Just plain chicken every time. They can't even be bothered to put gravy on your mashed potatoes. The workers seem clueless and disinterested, often just blankly staring at you at the window till you tell them what you ordered where they then proceed to somehow get everything wrong still. One time i literally waited for my mobile order for an HOUR AND A HALF at the store. Do not go here, you will wait an absurd time just for your order to be wrong and having to deal with simply incompetent workers. Terrible place to go for food. I've been here a handful of times since they opened a few months ago, and the food quality nose dived very quickly. The first few weeks it was good, but since then it is terrible. Like genuinely the chicken seems inedible and the fries seem like they were cooked in the Atlantic Ocean; a little salty and WAYYYY too wet. The employees that work here are genuinely just assholes. They're never in a good mood, never kind, and they don't seem capable of answering any question you ask. Finally, the wait. No matter when you come here or how you order your food you will be waiting a stupid amount of time. It would be one thing if this place was as busy as when they first opened, but they're typically pretty slow nowadays. The drive through has been slow as hell so I started going inside to order. I'd literally sit waiting for 20+ minutes on my food. So I started ordering online. Don't get your hopes up that the estimated time will ever be accurate. Ordered ahead by quite a bit tonight. I showed up a few minutes after my food was ready and they told me there were still orders ahead of mine. It then took an additional nearly 20 minutes before my food was ready. What the fuck is the purpose of picking a time for pickup or ordering ahead if they still have no intent to actually give you your food on time. I will not be coming back, and I will be doing everything in my power to make sure no one I know comes back. read more

I don't know what that other guy left a review about the food is absolutely amazing and the staff is very helpful especially the manager, Derek. If the food is never what you want they're more than willing and happy to get you something fresh even though they serve it fresh all the time they're so busy all the time it's hard for not to be fresh. read more

This is the first time going into this Popeyes and unfortunately it was a downright terrible experience. The food is usually good, don't get me wrong. But the cleanliness of the restaurant is abominable. I can see at least 8 staff members and yet they can't send a single person to come and clean, it is 4:30 PM well after lunch rush and there are crumbs on every single table in the establishment. I waited well over 30 minutes for my food and finally just got it. Actually got to witnessed an entire shift change. Staff were leaving with food while the paying customers weren't getting their orders. The food was exactly what we ordered, but the entire experience was ruined by the lack of care for the store. Like how do they expect people to want to come here when the restaurant is this unsanitary. This is what kills restaurant chains. We were here for 45 minutes and no one ever came to clean. read more

I had never been to a Popeyes before today. 2:30 in the afternoon, only 2 customers, still a long wait for food. However, what really struck me was the filth in the restaurant. Manager unable to manage his store! There were 8 customers inside store all waiting on there food. After 20 minutes one of the customers asked the manager what the hold up was on his food after cars came and gone through the drive thru. manager's answer was they order different food? when I paced my order, first thing Manager told me was they were out of chicken tenders since last night and the still didn't get the chicken in yet. So I placed my order, and ordered bone in chicken. About 20 min later when the walk in customers started to complain about the wait time and the fact drive thru customers were in and out the manager came out and addressed the 8 walk in customers. He informed everyone there is now an additional 15 min wait on anyone that ordered bone in chicken. this was everyone one in there because like I said earlier they were out of chicken tenders since last night. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This horrible experience left more than just a bad taste in my mouth, right next to the soggy fries. Not only were the fries subpar, apparently the individual running the window left her ears at home and doesn't know the difference between regular and blackened ranch. Also the ability to count must not be been in the job description because I got the wrong sauces and the wrong amount. But didn't skip a beat to deliver her catch phrase - "happy to help." This was a Tuesday at 730 pm, me and 2 cars in front of me were in line. After 10 minutes of no movement the 2 cars in front gave up and left, one of them was at the speaker waiting to order. The management at this location is awful because the workers all all extremely incompetent. I saw five workers work on one order while in a dinner rush and there was a line of people waiting for 30 minutes plus. They cannot help with any problem you may have and that's unfortunate because the problems are always caused by them. If you have an order issue they will be so unhelpful that you will not even bother to change it to what it should be because of how annoyed you will get talking to one of these workers. If you have an hour to wait on fast food then I would recommend this location. read more

OMGOSH the worst service I have EVER experienced. We waited over 20 minutes for our food and at the time of ordering we were the only customers in the store. The worker filled our bag of fries with 6 fries!!!!! When I asked for him to fill the bag, he opened a to go bag and put it in there and handed it to me! While we were there the next two came in and also had issues with their orders. At one point, the manager was standing there arguing with the customer about 1 biscuit!!!! Honestly the food was okay but the customer service has to get better. When I ordered my food I could clearly hear our drive through workers coworker mock us in the background. They sure found it funny when they thought we couldn't hear them laughing through the intercom. I hope the two ladies learn to grow up eventually because obviously they still don't know how to act or get our order correct.
