I've been to many places, and not many stack up in terms of quality and bang for your dollar like, say Hank's in New Brighton... Los Gingos absolutely has one of the best quesadillas I have ever had. The pulled pork quesadilla is filled with meat, cheese, and other ingredients if you like. Don't scoff at the $15 price... you are more likely enjoying lunch AND dinner from one of these babies. The flavoring in the meats is soooo yummy and the marinated onions just adds to the already perfect mix! I ALWAYS get extra cilantro and they are generous with it! I have also had the quesadillas, which are next favorite! The street corn is delicious, with just enough spice/bite and I also give it a thumbs up! Make sure you try their variety of salsa's to go with your food! DE-LISH! The food truck comes often to Beaver Valley Power Plant and it is everyone's absolute favorite!
