That said this is not your normal clinic that most are use too. This was a waist of my time and much more, that is so important to my health. They swabbed for covid, strep throat and the flu, they never gave us the results. Doctor/NP sat at desk while we were in the exam room. After 30 minutes of no interaction with the provider, we left. I'll go back in the morning and hopefully I won't get the crew that was there tonight. UPDATE: I took my grandson back this morning and it was like night and day the care we received today compared to last night. Christina is amazing, she took great care of my grandson. I…read morehave had the BEST rehab experience here, beginning 6 months ago, when I had my first knee replacement surgery. And now I'm back again, to begin another rehab stint after replacement of my second knee. Everyone with whom I have come in contact, from (Amanda) the front desk; to my primary therapist (Dee) and several others; as well as the terrific techs (Clare, Tyrique, Jarod, AJ, Raven, Elise and Kayla.) Everyone is so personable and positive and uplifting. They are kind and attentive with me and everyone else on the therapy floor. The staff members know your name and that's so appreciated. I'm delighted by the care and attention I've received here this year. To say 'it feels like family' is such a cliche, but it does and I mean that in the best possible way! When my headache turned into a migraine that continued for weeks with no improvement, I knew…read moresomething was wrong. My ears were blocked and ringing. The head pain was shooting down my neck into my shoulders and I felt like I had been hit in the jaw. Obviously, I was barely sleeping and none of my go to migraine medications would help with the pain. I spent most of my days lying in bed alternating ice and heat in hopes of some relief. After seeing multiple doctors, being treated for a sinus infection several times, having two scans, a physical therapy appointment and even a hearing test, I still had no answers. I wondered why no one could tell me what's wrong with me? I finally came across an ENT that suggested I see my dentist for possible TMJ. My dentist took one look at my scan and sent me straight to Dr Billings' office. She said that he specialized in TMJ issues. By this time, my jaw was clicking every time I moved it to talk or chew. I had my initial consultation with Dr Billings and immediately began testing and measuring for mouth guards that same day. I was given information on the importance of taking daily supplements to help with the condition. There were specific foods causing inflammation that needed to be eliminated from my diet. I also learned that patients with sleep apnea (that would be me) have a higher risk of developing TMJ. Once I began treatment, I experienced huge improvement. With each visit to Dr Billings office, I was greeted with a friendly and caring staff. Everyone went out of their way to get me feeling better as quickly as possible. Anything I needed, they were there for me. Truly, wonderful people. And now, a few short months later, I am completely pain free. I cannot thank Dr Billings and his staff enough for helping me through this entire experience. People don't realize how much pain can significantly affect ones ability to perform simple daily tasks.
