The custom color should've been submitted with the order six weeks prior. This meant my order was pushed to the back of the queue with a delay of six weeks! I was not informed there was a 25% up charge for the special color matching. Thank goodness I had already put down 50% and signed a contract. I was reminded not once but three times that my order was small. Clearly they had not worked with this vendor in quite a while, did not understand the vendors policy or knowledge of product/pricing.
