No baskets or carts available so we walked around as best as we could to check out this year's holiday displays. It was challenging to walk around with so many people in the Christmas aisles so I left to check out the rest of the store. After about 30 minutes and our arms filled with treasures, we obviously needed a cart so I went searching for one at the front of the store. Jackpot! Two carts returned so my daughter and I were able to comfortably move our things into one cart. It's a large store with too many fun things to look at and want. I truly wish there was a store closer to us. My receipt said my checker was Danielle W. She was exceptionally happy and filled with smiles. She was also kind enough to wrap our breakables before putting them in a bag. I appreciated her cheerful demeanor in spite of the huge crowds she must have been seeing all day. The store was fairly well stocked and clean in spite of all the shoppers. Hobby Lobby is such a fun store for gifts, crafts, décor and seasonal gems.

I was told no, and the response included laughter and a comment like, "Haha, yeah, probably not," which left me feeling embarrassed. My concern isn't the policy: it's how the interaction was handled!!! A little empathy would have made a disappointing situation much easier to accept. I hope management reviews how situations like this are communicated, because this has otherwise been a great neighborhood thrift store.

We provided all of the measurements and the complete layout of the kitchen. We decided to go with granite instead of quartz since the residence is rental property. Granite Expo prices are very reasonable and the products looks very nice. More importantly we came to a speedy agreement on all of the material and installation date. Last year we purchased granite counters & sink from Granite Expo. However, the installation team performed poorly. Emily assured us she would send a very good installer, and the last installer, no longer works for Granite Expo. Kemin Guo the installer (granite installer/kitchen remodeling/painting/floor installation) arrived on time. He reviewed the plywood installation, and he gave specific instructions on removing a couple of shims. He immediately went to work with one additional worker. Keri said he would be done in 3 hours. Kemin had finished the granite installation in 2 hrs 45 mins, then began applying sealant & caulking. They cleaned up their mess once everything was completed. Overall, we are giving Kemin and his (1) additional installer & Granite Expo .... 5 stars ***** for going far an above expectation.

We spent a lot of time trying out various beds, and at the end of the day, compromised between us. I wanted something softer, my partner wanted more firm. So we settled in the middle and put in our order. Akin was very responsive and patient. He kept us in the loop about delivery and dates. When the day came, he and his assistant made the delivery, and set everything up. After sleeping on the bed few weeks, it seemed more firm than we wanted, so we gave Akin a call. He was very gracious, as always, and we agreed to test the bed for several more weeks. Ultimately, we did decide to exchange the bed and frame (which we had only seen in a catalog). Akin was great. We went back to the store and chose a bed that we thought would be better for us. Akin was wonderful and made the whole transaction seamless, and even figured out how to make a few adjustments to our order to save money. We are beyond thrilled with the bed and frame now. Akin went above and beyond to make sure we were happy sleepers. I highly recommend Mattress Barn!

They were very kind and understanding, and took a good look at what was in the house, asked a bunch of questions, answered a bunch more questions, and generally were great to work with. Unfortunately, there was not enough stuff in the house to make it worthwhile to do an Estate Sale, and they seemed quite apologetic about that, but they still gave me lots of great advice on how to proceed with my goals, as well as the few things that knew from experience would be worth trying to sell separately.
