I used 1-800-FLOWERS & for some reason they chose this flower shop when my Mom lives in Portsmouth. Now I know you won't get exactly like the photo but it wasn't even close. I ordered a medium size arrangement & it looked so small. It barely had any flowers in it & lots of greenery. The one on line was packed full of flowers. It was suppose to have blue flowers in it & she got purple. The flower arrangement was specificity a sympathy arrangement. I'm not sure how all this on line ordering from an 800 flower shop works but if they pick a flower shop to provide the arrangement that was ordered & they don't have the flowers to do it then they should decline the order. Even my Mom reached out to me & told me I should call & complain but not just because the flower arrangement didn't look anything like the one I ordered but because the next day she said the flowers were wilting. Dying already on day 2...?????? What the heck?? My Mom had to deal with the dog's death now she has to look @ flowers that are already dying on day 2 & look horrible??? I hate to rate a business a 1 star but come on........this was a horrible experience & this makes me to never want to step foot into this flower shop. Luckily 1-800-FLOWERS was very understandable when I called them to complain about my issues. I even offered to send them photos as proof but they declined. They offered to have another arrangement sent, the same or even better. I was skeptical cause if they couldn't' get it right the first time what if they mess it up again?? She told me that @ that point I could get my money back. They even offered me a 20% off coupon for any future 1-800-FLOWERS order. I went ahead & allowed them to try again. The arrangement was better looking then the first one & it didn't' have any wilted flowers in it. See photo. Pretty sad that they couldn't get it right the first time. Flowers aren't cheap when ordering on line. All the fee's they charge. It cost me about $80.00 for this medium size arrangement. The flowers were about $50 & the rest was in fee's/services. Flora Ventures you guys need to do a better job on your on-line flower orders. Think about yourself & only make and send an arrangement that you would want to receive. Don't send a crappy arrangement out. What a waste of time & money. Plus your making the business look bad.

The florist told me they only get $60 from 1-800 flowers on this order but even still... 4 half dead roses, one of them with a broken stem hanging in front, 3 mums, one of which is missing half its petals and a bunch of broken fern and weeds is $60 worth of flowers?? Please folks - don't use 1-800 flowers and certainly don't use Flora Ventures! They could have gone to the supermarket and put together a much nicer arrangement than this for $25!! Flora Ventures should be embarrassed by this! I asked them to come pick it up and refund the charge but that's "not possible" . Important to note - I am very thankful for the gesture from my office and I know I'm so lucky someone cares enough to send something, I'm grateful! But when a florist delivered cheap tattered flowers - it makes you feel so sad.

She incorporated beautiful free spirit roses with greenery and sunflowers to make the fall bouquet of my dreams. It was what she calls a "one-sided" bouquet which not only made for a much easier to hold bouquet, but it also decreased the cost. I asked her if she could do a "pocket" boutonnière for my husband after seeing them on TikTok. She said she had never made one but she'd give it a try. It was absolutely perfect. No pesky pins, it just slid right into his suit pocket. When I went to pick it up she had given me a spare regular boutonnière in case the pocket boutonnière didn't work out- so my dad ended up wearing the spare because he was walking me down the aisle. I also ordered a mini boutonnière for my nephew (our ring bearer) and it was the most adorable little thing.
