I…read moreattended a PVD Food truck event outside Crowne Plaza in Warwick and this event takes place once a month on a Thursday. The service was quick and because their donuts are so good, they had a long line of customers (even in the rain) but the wait went by fast and I got my donuts in no time. These mini donuts are POPPIN! You can literally pop one of them right in your mouth and the donuts are very easy to eat. They're adorable little donuts that are served out of a cute mint green food truck. The donuts were hot and soft with a sweet cinnamon and sugar topping. They are a small local business so just have Instagram and Facebook. You can spot them in RI, MA, and CT events. I will definitely be at the next food truck event poppin these mini donuts!

Been a fan of Palagis for years. Back when the now long discontinued Hood Fudge Bars cost 50 cents. I do love the frozen lemonade as well. Super delicious and the variety of flavors is great! I personally love the Tropical Mango. Next time I am going to see if I can mix half mango and half Tigers Blood. For the past couple years there was a truck that stopped by my house. In all the years we lived here, he was the first ice cream truck we had. It was like a dream come true! You are NEVER too old for the ice cream truck! I loved chatting with him and buying ice cream! I wish I knew the drivers name, because he hasn't come by this summer (yet?) I miss him a lot lol. He was always really nice. However I did make my way down to the Ice Cream Shack in Pawtucket yesterday and it was a great experience! Everything they sell on the truck is at the shack! With additional flavors of hard ice cream and toppings to choose from. A nice seating area with lots to see! It's decorated well and it makes for a nice refreshing experience if you are unable to catch any of the trucks! Although you might be able to see some of them pulling in or driving away while you eat your ice cream haha. I will definitely be back to experience this again, maybe for the live music. I wish they sold hard plastic, dishwasher safe versions of their frozen lemonade cups. So you can enjoy drinking out of a Palagis cup year round lol. It would be cool if they sold shirts or hoodies too. Gotta rep that RI swag lol. But all in all Palagis is a Rhode Island tradition and Alex is making sure it's preserved for generations to come. Today they were sold out of the oreo Espresso hard ice cream on their menu which made some people bummed, but I was happy to get my Cotton Candy hard ice cream! It's such a nostalgic flavor, is so creamy, and they're quite generous with the portions. They offer a lot of pre packaged classic ice cream sandwiches- Magnum, Reese's and Snickers Ice Cream Bars, SpongeBob and Powerpuff Girls ice cream bars, to name a few. Some of the images on the side of the truck were a little washed out and didn't look like the actual ice cream, but they offer a wide range of options, and bringing them to you of course makes it so convenient! I have yet to try their Italian ices, but will have to after reading these rave reviews.

This really sets them apart and brings them above other ice cream places in the area. I visited last night as part of a party of three, and although there was a line, it moved quickly and efficiently. We were waited on by a very polite staff member who took our order and we had our ice cream nearly immediately - almost no wait at all! The quantity served here is great - we all ordered smalls, and they were plenty big enough for us. Loved that I could get two different flavors in a small - Canoli and Cookie Dough were both delicious! Trackers also sells candy, fudge, and their own merchandise in their very cute country store setting. They have indoor as well as outdoor seating, and the atmosphere is great for all ages.
