It isn't gourmet but they get creative in their own right offering specials on top of the already extensive menu which includes plenty of Benedict's. My last visit I did feel pricing was a little high for a local breakfast spot, but it won't stop me from returning, especially since my omelette was large enough for me to have a leftover breakfast at home the next day. Overall I find Greg's to be a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

It was obvious that she has been there a while - she was an absolute natural but I didn't catch her name. I think the place is named appropriately as it's small! The booths were "cozy" for sure and it felt like 85 degrees inside. Actually that's the outside temp and when we walked outside it actually felt cooler lol! It was $43 for two of us. Definitely on the pricier side for breakfast but I've got a pic of the breakfast menu so you can decide for yourself.
