Friendly staff. Josh and Irene are friendly and ready to assist; however, I believe they are new on staff. I had to return 2 days in a row because the balloons I bought did not hold the helium. When I went back the second day to get the balloons replaced, I ended up spending way too much time waiting for the employees trying to figure out how to use the helium tank. Danny, who said he was the assistant manager, was too busy on his phone to assist Irene the employee who was clearly inexperienced on using the helium tank. They went through 4 balloons of the same design to try and figure out how to fill the double balloons. The only reason that I allowed them to continue to try is that when I purchased the balloons I did not realize all of the registers are self-checkout and the receipts come out under the countertop. Danny did not want to hear any suggestions that I suggested. after what felt like an hour I took my $5.00 loss on the balloon and left. No apologies or how can we make this right? I'm not mad at the staff but I do hold the company accountable for not training these individuals on simple tasks. It's not a party store, it's a lot of everyday supplies with a party store name. read more
