If you are in the market for furniture and considering another store, do yourself a favor stop…read morelooking now. The customer service and quality here can't really be beat in my opinion. They are on parr with much more expensive retailers and would venture to say they exceed them without the diminishing returns. We have purchased from plenty of other big box stores in the past and Arhuas blew them away. The entire process and staff have been awesome apart from having to wait a while to receive our furniture but was very standard during the pandemic. We recently had an issue with our protection plan not initially being applied correctly and the team at Baybrook went above and beyond to rectify the issue immediately. Both the regional manager Christopher Mendyka and store manager Sutton Lindsey were super stars in making it right. They went outside of a normal response of deflecting the issue on the customer and offered solutions which is a rarity in today's world when it comes to customer service. I whole heartedly recommend shopping here without hesitation and want to say thanks to that entire team.

***BUYER BEWARE...This Company Does Not Stand By Their Products***…read more In April of 2025 I moved to the Houston area and needed to furnish my new home office. I stopped by Living Spaces and found a number of things I liked, starting with the purchase of an L-Shaped desk from their Nate Berkus line. Fast forward to 9 months later and the desk, which apparently although heavy is not real wood, began to crack and peel along the inside edges, leaving sharp splinters that stuck in my skin and clothing when I sat at the desk to work. I contacted Living Spaces, which is not easy, because the phone number routes through a call center and you CANNOT reach anyone in the store unless you show up. At any rate, I had to jump through a number of hoops to file a complaint. While the $900 desk is now still less than a year old, I was told that, "The warranty applies only to functional defects related to materials or workmanship..." Wait...WHAT? Isn't the finish peeling off an item and resulting in sharp splinters a functional defect related to the materials?!!!? At any rate, no one at Living Spaces was interest in making good on my purchase. I can assure you that I will NEVER buy another piece of cheap, poorly manufactured furniture there again. Ever.

We…read morehave had them in our other houses and love them and that is the reason we wanted them in this house. Unfortunately, you need to go through their Rep system to purchase (else there would be no reason for this review 2) The Installer that worked on our blinds was excellent. 3) I only gave this vendor 1 Star so that I could file this review. One Star is way too generous of a rating for what we went through to get these blinds! The review focuses on the customer service and lack of professionalism by the Representatives at Creative Blinds. First off, we were bounced around between Sites because we are not in the Houston area. Second, we knew what we wanted but Creative Blinds (Bay Brook) insisted my wife drive 2 hours out of her way just to talk about the order. Then they sent a Representative to our house to measure. That Rep knew nothing about what she was talking about and was only there to pick up the check. She measured for the blinds and then weeks later we were told the installer would have to come out and measure (which he had never been scheduled to do by Creative Blinds). So, we waited for that to happen. Then we were told our blinds were ordered and given an estimate on delivery date. That date came and went and when we called, I am pretty sure the blinds had never been ordered because we were them told the same time frame all over again. That date came and went and no call from Creative Blinds. We even gave them several additional weeks grace period. Finally, we called and experienced the worst customer service from the Rep from Bay Brook. Basically, she had no capacity to listen, repeatedly talked over our questions and repeatedly stated she would have someone research and call back. That never happened. Repeatedly. Finally, I called and experience the same treatment. I cornered the Rep into giving a time frame for when she would call back or I would contact the BBB. Stating don't just tell us some one is looking into it. She called back, left a VM and stated "she have someone looking into it and they would call back. Never happened. I contacted the BBB and that is what it seems it takes to get an honest answer from this vendor. Long story short. Blinds were months late; the charger was never ordered and took months more for that to arrive. and at every contact with the vendor, we were blown off with dated business practices and age-old ploys. Worse customer Service experience we have even had the misfortune to experience! Under professionalism and customer service for this vendor, go to the lowest box and then pencil in one even lower and you would be starting to get close.

But when we got to the entrance saw that the store closes at 6pm on sundays. Didn't realize it was already 6pm as we had just finished a late lunch at BB's Tex orleans next door, done some shopping at Barnes and nobles in the same strip mall and then headed to world market for the wine, trying to park close to the entrance Seeing they were closed we were turning to leave & my sister In law said there's a person inside saying something to us, we could not hear her so we stopped to see what she was saying but still couldn't hear her. This person (if I give a factual description woke yelp will Delete my review again) then stomped forward in rage .... Finally reading her lips we understood that she was saying that "we are F***ing closed" and she comes by the store hours sign behind the glass wall wildly gesticulating at the hours, rolling her eyes and throwing a fit. I wonder what was the need for this drama when we were leaving anyway???

Unfortunately, when I later tried to replace a damaged part, I was told they do not sell parts separately after all. On top of that, they also denied warranty coverage, saying the damage (caused by my pet) is not included. What's frustrating is the lack of consistency and clarity from the beginning. I made my purchase based on the information provided by their staff, and now I'm left without a solution. I understand that pet damage may not always be covered, but being told one thing at the time of purchase and something completely different afterward is not acceptable. I would recommend that future customers get all policies clearly in writing before buying, as verbal assurances may not be honored.
