The shop is run down, tears in the walls, broken chairs, and needs a good scrubbing, and needs an re-model. The last time I was in there the lady without my permission charged my card tip higher than I told her to. I always give good tips b/c I believe in giving back. Not only is she extremely professional and kind, but she does an amazing job and is very passionate about her work and her customers. I also get pedicures here pretty regularly as well and I am never disappointed. Kimmy actually just did my pedicure and eyebrows yesterday for my birthday. My mother has also been coming here for the last 15 years for eyelash extensions, pedicures, acrylic sets and other services. My nails definitely missed Tammy while we were sheltered in place! They are doing a wonderful job at the shop to make us all feel safe in this uncertain time. There is hand sanitizer available at every station, everyone wore a mask, they are currently operating by appointment only, and they have plexiglass dividers between the customer and employee. All work stations are properly spaced so that we could all practice social distancing. This put my mind at ease! I got a pedicure and dip powder on my nails. I left feeling very relaxed. They are very reasonably priced and I highly recommend them to everyone. They have a lot of dip colors to choose from and Tammy is always adding new colors to their inventory.

I asked for a gel manicure. The guy didn't even cut my cuticles, soak my nails or anything. Just slapped on some plastic and glue and called it a day. $65 later, this is the worst manicure i've had in 15 years. Not to mention he wasn't paying attention when he was filing my nails down with the machine and cut my finger, and pretended like I didn't see the blood. If you don't want business just say that. I was told she hadn't arrived yet and someone was already there waiting for her and that she would be in soon I proceeded to go to my nail tech to get my nails done and in the mix of getting my nails done I called the salon back to see if Miss Tiffany was there, I was told that she was there she was servicing someone and that they weren't busy and the person that she would be able to pause in between that service to do my eyebrows. I got there around 2:30 signed in the owner asked what we were needing I let him know my eyebrows and's that we had just spoke on the phone and we proceeded to take a seat we were sitting there for about 30 minutes. They were in there laughing and joking around and stuff. The lady that was with me got up and went to her car I got up and asked if they knew how long it would the owner proceeded to get verbally abusive he doesn't know and he when he spoke with me on the phone He was only assuming what could be done he doesn't do eyebrows so he he doesn't control the timeframe.
