Had my first visit to this salon on a Sunday afternoon. Apparently they opened last December. Everything is clean and looks very nice. They even have chairs with a Disney princess theme for the little ones, which is cute. My technician was Andrew and he did a great job. He was polite, professional and easy to talk to. Prices were reasonable and they thanked me for stopping by. I like that they are open on Sundays. I'll be back! read more

I used to love going here until yesterday. I was getting a fill in which is $30 and I wanted chrome which is an extra $15 making total $45. When we were almost finished I asked her how much it will cost and she said $55. I didn't say anything only bc they were looking good. Then, she started to put the chrome on when my nails weren't evenly painted. They are lumpy and look like a 5 yr old did them. I'm usually not the type to complain or write a bad review but when I got to the counter, she said $65, so i got mad and started asking why does the price keep changing then she just looked at me like i was dumb. A lovely and relaxing spot for pampering. They have plenty of space, plenty of staff, and plenty of beautiful decor to make you feel relaxed. My husband and I got pedicures in preparation for our vacation. The staff was accommodating and kind, not to mention talented. (My husband's feet were not in good shape beforehand...lol.) Also, almost a month later my toes still look great! They are one of the few salons I've been to lately with a full staff, and to me that means they treat their employees well. Went to go get a full set. Not only did she mess up my ring finger (photos attache) she messed up my middle finger but fixed that one. Nails are crooked so bad not even. I really enjoyed my visit to Oasis!! I was looking specifically for a place that could do a French ombre set, and saw many different options on their menu. Also, this place is only a minute away from my office, so it made it super easy to jump on over here after work. The man who runs this salon is a really nice and friendly guy. I was able to be taken in immediately with no appointment, which was really nice. The woman who did my nails did a great job and was friendly also. My only irk was that she was talking to someone on the phone for a majority of the time she was treating me. For the complexity of the set I got, she handled it with ease and it didn't take too long. They also turned out very lovely afterwords! This is a very nice salon. They also have a rewards program if you decide to come back. read more

I stopped in because my usual guy moved away. My first thought was they were busy. I sat at a table to wait and it had not been cleaned in a while. They moved me to see Ann...very nice young lady. She did a lovely job on my nails! She was very gentle and personable. We chatted and she told me about her childhood in Vietnam. I would recommend her to other ladies looking for a nail girl. After stopping by 3-4 other shops that had wait times, I found Oasis with no wait. I was happily greeted and was seated immediately. The gentleman that did my pedicure was friendly, held a great conversation, and did a wonderful job. He used new tools and the place appeared to be clean from where I was sitting. They also use liners for every pedicure. As a fun bonus, they have children's pedicure chairs with a Disney mural on the wall. read more

The first pedicure since the start of COVID19 in March. My toenails were so long and the ingrown nails were horrible. The nail technician did a great job and was gentle with her tools. She asked every few minutes if all was ok considering she was having to dig. I always bring my own polish so I'm not sharing a brush with others. She did an amazing job throughout and my nails look amazing. They weren't busy so was able to get in when I called. read more

My friend and I went to this place today. We both got a pedicure. They cut our toenails entirely too short. When I left, I had skin peeling off the bottom of my feet and it was not like that before. We both asked for a pedicure and a manicure and they just never did my friends nails. There are bubbles in my manicure. They also just took forever, we were there for almost 2 1/2 hours. read more

I've been going here for almost a year, and the more I keep going back the more worse my experience gets. I went to get my nails done and it wasn't to my liking I also felt rushed because I had multiple people doing my nails at a time and proceeded to get over charged an embarrassing amount of money for nails that came off within a week. One time the lady doing my nails told me I needed my eyebrows waxed and proceeded to wax them and burnt my skin off. Their pedicures are over priced and massage is pretty mid. The ambiance is pretty nice and for the most part have really nice staff but I don't think I'll come back. :/ read more

This used to be our go to spot! The experience has always been positive with friendly faces and relaxing services. I'm 35 weeks pregnant and wanted to get a relaxing pedicure. The technician, who I did not recognize, was rude and aggressive about upgrades from The start. Zero foot massage was given even though I had selected the delux pedicure. In fact the entire service was bizarre compared to what I typically receive with that service at this salon. It's almost as though she wasn't trained on the service and was just making it up. I asked if I could get my nails painted and was reminded 4 times that gel is better even though i kept saying I don't want gel while pregnant. She asked me to lean forward (super comfy 35 weeks pregnant) and kept pulling my arm closer so she didn't have to stand up to paint my nails all the while sighing and rolling her eyes. Then as we go to pay with our card she goes "you're tipping cash though right?" We have been coming to this salon for 5 years and we understand a cash tip in the service world is better for the employees but I've never had someone aggressively demand a cash tip over a card tip. My husbands pedicure service was amazing and in fact his massage and service lasted 20 minutes longer than my entire service and I had my toes and finger nails painted. Maybe she was having an off day but I'm super bummed by the entire experience. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in with a inspiration photo and was told the design on my ring finger would be too difficult to do and was asked to pick a different design. I picked something fairly simple, there was 4 curved lines. she told me once again that this new design was too difficult as well. she then proceeded to just get up and had someone else replace her. the new lady kept messing up the design as well and made the lines way too thick. I left there with paint all over my finger pads and nails I didn't even like. there are even spots on my nails that aren't even painted around the edges. I do not recommend. read more
