I told them multiple times I didn't want gel polish but they forced it apon me anyways and there reasoning was it's cold outside and I'll have to put my shoes back on but I am willing to wait and let them dry. I visited All Pro Nails as a walk-in for a pedicure, and found it to be perfectly adequate. I went shortly after 5 on a weekday, so I wasn't surprised that I had to wait a little bit. They were also down a couple of nail techs, so that made the wait a little longer. There wasn't a huge variety of nail colors, but if you're just looking for a pink/red/coral, you'll find something. The salon had the typical pedicure setup with massage chairs, and the foot tubs had plastic liners that were changed out for each client. My nail tech was very nice, not very talkative but that's fine with me. She did make sure I was comfortable the whole time. Everything seemed hygienic. The pedicure was nice, and included a scrub, lotion, and oil on my legs. I was worried I was going to be charged for extra services, but the total was $30- less than I usually pay for a pedicure. I would go back if I needed another walk-in service and was near the Plainview Shopping Center. read more

After months of my dip powder cracking on most nails (done by different techs) & lousy customer service - TODAY WAS THE DAY! After entering the building, searching & choosing my nail color & waiting for 30 minutes WITHOUT acknowledgment, from either of the 2 techs, Michael finishes a client & tells me that they are closed. He initially posed the question, "what do you need today", however, why ask when it's written on the sign in paper & will also follow up saying you're closed. Why would it matter my service if y'all are closed? Willing to pay & a giving tipper at that. All Pro Nails is not that, just Mid, like any other. Loyal client lost. If I had to rate this salon on a good day - it would definitely get 5-stars! I've been here many times to get dip powder or gel polish manicures. The majority of the time, I leave with beautifully shaped, cleaned, and polished nails. Normally, the technician takes their time to ensure precision in their work. However, there have been a couple of times when I felt rushed. The technician did a dip powder manicure in less than 20 minutes and I left with sloppy and bumpy nails. After that time, I just became very specific with what I wanted. I think that's the key because everyone is different. If there's something you don't like - then speak up. Everyone that I've had there has been receptive to that and work to make you happy. I don't have a preference on a technician. I normally just walk-in and wait. It's rare that I wait very long but I also try to avoid times that seem to be busy (i.e. Saturday afternoons or after work). The prices are reasonable and comparable to other places in town. read more

Not the best experience. They were 10 minutes late for appointment, not super friendly, hate to say this, but difficult to understand. Told me how terrible my nails were and talked me into dip, which I've never done. Took about 40 minutes, nails look great. BUT no manicure whatsoever. No lotion was applied, my hand weren't rubbed, my cuticles weren't trimmed, etc. so, $30 spent on the least relaxing paint job ever. read more

If I could give this a 0 stars I would. Worst pedicure of my life. I have been coming here for over 10 years for pedicures. The new staff member is so rude and likes to show everyone in the salon what comes off your feet. He kept making rude remarks about me in English and his home language, so everyone in the salon could hear. I was nice and never lost my cool but he made me feel so uncomfortable, I will not be back until he is gone. Let me start by saying I never get my nails done. However, I was heading to a wedding on a boat in South Carolina and desperately needed a pedicure. This place is right down the road by my house, and my mom bad recommended it. I came in at about 7:30. This salon closes at 8. I never felt rushed the whole time I was in there. Liz was the tech that my pedicure. She walked me through the whole process and answered any questions I had. I did a gel pedicure and I have no complaints about my experience! Beware of this place. I was in the neighborhood with friends, and we went in to get our nails done. The first thing that stood out was how dusty and dirty the salon seemed, but we stayed anyways since we were already there. We saw one lady using paint thinner on the gel polishes, which had me questioning how good the end product was going to look. I got acrylics and gel, and the I couldn't help but be grossed out by how dirty the work space was that my nail girl had. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There were nail bits and filings from other customers, and yet, while the girl did my nails, she CLEANED the table with the SAME BRUSH she used on My Nails!! Gross!! UGHHH! Worst nail experience I have ever had. The woman was rude and rushed me. Then she made every nail a different length and shape. After that she painted my nails so poorly that I had paint on my skin and cuticle. She also layered wet paint ON wet paint, which caused it not to dry and smudge with the smallest movement. Looked worse than nails I could do myself at home. I never do reviews on places but this was so bad I had to. I would show a photo but I'm so upset with my nails I don't even want to document it. I have had two awful experiences here. Once, I went in to get a nail fixed that had broken and the lady who fixed it was very rude and rushed. I left with the nail bumpy and completely different looking than the rest of my hand. The second experience, I set up an appointment ahead of time and proceeded to wait for about 45 minutes after my arrival. I should have left then but I stayed. Once I got my pedicure, I was the last one in my party to be attended to and the boy who did my nails did AWFUL. He barely even scrubbed my feet and didn't rub the lotion in all the way. He then proceeded to do one coat of polish and got up and left. No second coat, no top coat. I could see my nail through the polish. The nail polish chipped within one day of the pedi. Will not be going back. Also, I watched him use the same foot scrubber on two people back to back with only a spritz of sanitizer between-- always bad but especially bad during Covid. read more

They didn't even spend 20 minutes on me and I was getting a fill in. She didn't trim or reshape my nails and now I just look so poorly maintained. I'm sad that my regular salon was too busy today and I'm sadder that I happened across this salon as a hopeful substitute. I still want to cry looking at the botched job- will not be back in here and I will never recommend to my friends. She was so rushed and sloppy- no trim, no shape, 1 coat of uneven polish and no clean up of the sloppy edges. I'm literally walking around with clenched hands hoping no one sees my hands. If you didn't have time for a walk-in, just say so! No problem to come back. But even after while I was drying my technician was helping no one. Dirty Salon! I just don't know where to begin. The person who did my nails many times was very good (and the only reason I kept going)however, I never saw her, or the staff disinfect their metal tools ever. In between each customer, they do not use a clean hand towel, instead they just shake out the old one that has been used all day. I have gotten cut, I have caught nail fungus both from manis and pedis. The salon owner is very rude, and most of the staff never speak English unless it's to you. They talk amongst each other in Vietnamese and laugh which is so inappropriate. The gel polish they use is rarely clean of dust particles, and they even dilute the gel polishes with thinner rather than replace with a new bottle. Polish, many times is lumpy and uneven, and sometimes not even opaque. Don't dare ask for a redo on the polish if you are not happy. I did this ONCE in the several years I went, and the girl threw a fit and all the staff started talking and looking at me. It was so embarrassing.
