I finally found Trademark and they had a $99 3 year membership fee where the initial service call is waived and you also, get 10% off of all repairs. It's a great service. Leah, is my point of contact and she's always really insightful. I had a problem with my only property wanted to enlist in their services again. However, my situation was a bit more complicated. But instead of just taking my money, Leah, explained what would and would not be covered. This way I did not just waste my money. I sat down with him to discover a strong family man with an excellent work ethic. I gave him the job and I'd like to report that he and his co-worker, Jim, did an excellent job with as little disruption as possible. They cleaned up everyday. Working in the hot attic for a couple of days would have sent someone like me to an early grave. I just don't see how they did it. Kudos to them.
