Tony answered and said he could come out the next day and recommended a 23 Seer would work the best for our space. He sent Danny out who was very professional. He was even able to have him come early in the morning before the day got hot. The install was completed within hours and the house was cooling before the heat of the day. Their prices are very reasonable less than $2k. The unit is very efficient and cools amazingly. This company is amazing and I am glad my wife found them online. Pretty much a bunch of BS I called Efficient Polar Air they came out Saturday at 9PM said that the builder when the HVAC person installed the unit they didn't vacuum enough and if anything the expansion valve needed to be changed and vacuum to be done but couldn't confirm anything Nicks Pluming/AC was saying. They fixed the issue for there standard service call and if it keeps reoccuring the expansion valve and vacuum needs to be done. Do yourself a favor and if you have any AC issue call Efficient Polar Air!!! They saved me so much $$$$ by being honest and quick.
