Very pore workmanship, and took a very long time to completed job. Over spray on bricks and lack of concern of customers property I would not use this company to do any work on my home again. To get a better price they asked me to sign up for 1 year of maintenance on tankless water heater. I did this to get better price but after job was completed, I have major concerns about ever letting you back into my home. I was promised a scheduled date to perform maintenance on tankless water heater and took off work to be here when water heater was to be serviced under my yearly contract. Called them for service on our a/c. I was told a $59 dollar fee to come out. Tech came out, spent an hour looking up our unit on the internet and then pronounced it fixed. As he was leaving he gave me a bill for $250. No parts were installed. He said a wire was loose. I asked why it was so much and was told "it just is, call the office if you don't like it." I never gave permission for the "work" that was done. Oh and by the way, the unit is not fixed and has the same error. I called the office and never got a call back. Stay away! read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! This company oversold and under produced. The charged us 20,000 and never fixed actual problem. They sent workers out that were watching YouTube trying to figure out the problem. The owner came out claiming to rectify the situation but then told us that it would cost us another 6 grand. After we agreed to pay it they still couldn't get the AC units to cool. So they blamed it on our electrician. Also tried to sue us because for full payment even though never completed the job. We called an electrician and he confirmed that we had no wiring issues. Finally we paid another AC company to come out and they said Got Flow wired the compressor wrong and had us up and running in less than an hour. Do not waste your money or time! Out kitchen sink was clogged we were able to get a technician out same day. Rolo was very courteous and helpful. He quickly removed the clog. My only request for improvement, their google ad for cost to clear the drain {$59.00) was not actually a price to clear the drain. This was their diagnostic fee. After having a terrible and failed experience with Lowe's to get and install a new kitchen faucet, I finally called these guys because it had been two weeks without a working kitchen faucet! They were able to fit me in the same day! Michael was our technician and he was amazing! At first we weren't going to do the service because we just couldn't afford it, but Michael went the extra mile and talked to his boss and was able to work with the price in order to get us going again. I don't know where to begin my technician Matthew on top of being a master plumber, was also a master at customer service. I felt at ease comfortable and trusted well in his skills as he installed my water heater. He also taught me a few things about code because my previous water heater was not up to code, and he was not arrogant about it he was not rude he was forthcoming and honest and very very professional! When I get service like this I don't care how much the price is I don't care what trouble I have to go through it was all worth it and I'm not complaining about the price and I didn't have to go any through any trouble but if I did it would have been well worth it for Mr Matthews diligence hard-working attitude and determination at installing my water heater in a proper manner. He even went to the local hardware store and grabbed another part because he was not satisfied with the previous workers horrible work. I must say it is becoming hard to find true Craftsman like Matthew in this world and if ever I have a need on any other plumbing issues I will give you got flow a call and of course if Matthew's not working there I won't give them my business! read more
