Came here to get an oil change. Receptionist was very nice, and polite. The inside of the building…read moreitself is very nice. waiting area has Keurig w flavored or not coffee and tea. Water bottles are also available as you wait. There is a TV to amuse yourself too. They do offer free wi-fi, in case you need it. My oil change turned into some other issues needing to be done to the car, right front boot to the car was leaking. Needed to be replaced. The mechanic supervisor, came and got me, took me out to the garage and showed me what was wrong. Explained why it was needed, and if I didnt get it done now I could only wait about maybe 2-4 weeks before getting it replaced or it would cause damage to the car. Thought that was nice that he told me that instead of pressuring me to get it done right then and there. Agreed to get the boot changed, he looked up the parts and tried to find me (from Parks, AutoZOne, etc) the lowest costing one, and let me hang out there in front of him so I could see where he was calling and heard the convo he had with the people. I saw the pricing for the part. They didnt overcharge or jack up the price. Again, I was impressed. I had a question about an hour into the wait for my part to get to Car Pros, and asked to speak to the same guy (I cant for the life of me remember his name, I have his business card around here somewhere...) I walked back to the garage and looked under my car which was on the hydraulic up in the air and on the filter next to the offending boot - one of the mechanics had written that the place 'effing' (replace with the correct word) sucks. well. okeedokee then. I asked mechanic supervisor guy about that and he turned 4 shades of red. Immediately called the dude over and said meet me in my office. And walked me back into the waiting area. So i wait, the car gets fixed. The owner is there and talks to me about my experience. When I go to pay the bill, they had deducted some of the cost off 1) the wait was so long and it took longer than they had told me it would to get it fixed. 2) I think the mechanic supervisor was embarrassed that I had seen what I had written on the filter. Overall, the experience was good, the cost was fair. (I called some other places later and they were almost $100 -$200 more expensive than what I paid). The people are very nice and special kudos to the mechanic supervisor, he really made it a point for me to understand the problem and was honest about the cost and gave me options if I wanted to wait to get it fixed. I will come back to get my oil changed here next time
