I have a congenital hole in my heart. I'm in Houston Medical Center to see my cardiologist since I've been experiencing heart palpitation, edema, shortness of breaths, and series of fainting. Cardiologist already told me that he couldn't surgically close this whole because it pumped blood out to lungs. He said lungs have too many blood vessels to hurt during the surgery. I thought I was doing full kitchen remodeling with The Home Depot. THD selected Top Priority. I didn't have any chance to select my own contractor. I regret my entire decision. Life is uncertain. He easily stood out from other contractors we met with because of his ability to listen to our needs and provide detailed advisement, project planning and expectations. Throughout the renovation Kai was responsive and provided excellent communication, we had a clear understanding about roles and responsibilities along with delivery dates to maintain the project timeline. Kai and his team also finished the project a week ahead of schedule and kept the same team on the project which is unheard of. Out of the other 3 renovation projects I had in the past, they always finished a few weeks or a month behind schedule and the team constantly changed leading to delays and consistency issues.
