Keith emailed my estimate within several days. Our bathroom remodel was scheduled to take 14 days, but it was completed within 9 days, which was good for our family considering we only have one bathroom. From initial contact throughout the project Jeff, HHR Supervisor, kept open communication with me every day. He kept me afloat on what they found, what needed to be done, what my options were. Late in the engagement, we discovered a significant error (my mistake), and they sprung into action to rectify it and did so in the most professional and fair way possible. We had a massive 8'x8' island that required the joining of two slabs. Their work was so flawless that we play a game with guests, asking them to find the seam -- it takes quite an effort. We have a rental unit that needed a new countertop for its small kitchen. We didn't want to spend…read morea fortune but didn't want to install more junk. Todd Branson specializes in premium countertops, so it didn't seem like he could come down to our budget. But he just happens to have some single slabs left over from larger projects. We came to an agreement very quickly and his account manager, Michelle, was very easy to work with. Todd came to our home to personally to take measurements for cutting the slab. Todd arrived as expected right on time. He set up some very sensitive laser equipment to perform the task. He listened to our design preferences and made us aware of options such as increasing the edge height to hide the sub-countertop. Todd's measurements must have been very good because the installation only took a couple of hours. He got as much stone out of that slab as humanly possible and apologized for not having enough to make one of the seams disappear. It is the most beautiful countertop we have ever seen. And my wife and I are very house-y.

William and the team at Ming Yang (MY) Construction are phenomenal!…read more Kitchen remodel, 5 Stars. They helped us step out of the 70s and into something so much more modern. From the first site visit to the final walkthrough, everything was seamless. William managed this project very well and guided us through this process with ease. At any point if we had questions he was quick to respond. The showroom they have is great and the experience of setting your preferences on design and materials is quite enjoyable. The only hiccup we encountered is that the supplier of the original tile that had been selected did not come in the size we needed and so it wouldn't have meshed well with the current tile in the living room. William helped us find a suitable alternative and we were able to pivot and are very pleased with the outcome. There were a couple of adjustments during the project but again related to the tile, we changed the direction of the placement which allows for us to replace the remaining tile in the house in the future if we decided to do so. William and team thinking ahead with our needs in mind really provided a sense of care. To top it all off, we wanted this build done ASAP and the team was able to complete the remodel in 8 days compared to their estimate of 10 - 14. We are extremely pleased with the work and so glad we went with a business right here in Kaneohe. Thank you William, Wen, and team! My renovation consisted of a full kitchen & bathroom remodel, with tub to shower conversion. I contacted a few companies and received various quotes, some of which required me to travel to various showrooms to select materials which as a first time home renovator, seemed overwhelming. However, when I was contacted by William, he informed me he had previously done renovations in my building and was very familiar with how the management office worked, water shut off, elevator reservations, etc. MY Construction's showroom had all materials/samples in one place where I could put everything together and get a visual idea; he also had tons of photos of examples on his phone to show me. Can't say enough amazing things about William and his crew, not only did he keep me updated daily, but he also handled so many of the nuance tasks on his own, making sure I wasn't distracted at work or taking on any unnecessary stress during the project. (He even dealt with a cranky tenant who had been accidentally double booked by management for the elevator as well as installing all of the new appliances!) He easily stood out from other contractors we met with because of his ability to listen to our needs and provide detailed advisement, project planning and expectations. Throughout the renovation Kai was responsive and provided excellent communication, we had a clear understanding about roles and responsibilities along with delivery dates to maintain the project timeline. Kai and his team also finished the project a week ahead of schedule and kept the same team on the project which is unheard of. Out of the other 3 renovation projects I had in the past, they always finished a few weeks or a month behind schedule and the team constantly changed leading to delays and consistency issues. The end product was a quality renovation and a stunning transformation of our kitchen. Sign ups open the 1st Saturday of the month for the next month and are usually full within a couple days. What you get: a free kid sized Home Depot apron (just like the workers wear!), a wooden toy to put together, instructions, a commemorative pin, and a little certificate of completion. They have paint and hammers out to paint and put together the craft. We've been coming for over a year and we absolutely love it! We especially love when they have vehicles like planes, construction vehicles, and emergency vehicles! We also love functional toys like piggy banks and trinket holders! They are pretty well made and last a while. Go to the Home Depot website and click or search for Kids Workshops to see what crafts are available for the next couple of months!

We got the upgrades (crown molding, soft and self-close hinges, glass door, magic corner). I worked with Mena, she is intelligent on the design and she gave us much helpful advice. She told us how to save money in the kitchen by the design and finally, we had a great deal from her, much cheaper than Home Depot. We had just bought new major appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, range) and a granite-composite sink.... Pacific Craftwork's crew installed everything PERFECTLY!!! They even mounted our new microwave/range hood, straight out of the box. I couldn't be happier with how the project went!

False urgency and a hidden broker relationship led to a 14-week delay so far, and I'm still…read morewaiting. In late March 2026, I paid a 75% deposit of nearly $10,000 for 6 custom Acacia doors through Pacific Craftworks after their broker told me March 26 was the last day to secure a spot on a shared container arriving the week of May 27. Only after signing the contract did I learn that the broker does not actually work for Pacific Craftworks -- the agreement was with his separate company (Studio Pacific). In text messages on March 26 and April 8, the broker confirmed the doors were estimated to arrive at the end of May and stated that my order had been "processed and scheduled for production." Immediately after those messages, communication collapsed. He stopped providing meaningful updates and began sending long, vague responses that contained no useful information about production or shipping status. After 14 weeks, I still have not received confirmation of when the order was actually submitted to the manufacturer in Vietnam, nor any reliable ship date. I followed up multiple times directly with Pacific Craftworks, including sending a formal demand letter. Despite being made fully aware of the situation, Pacific Craftworks has taken no meaningful action to resolve the issue or hold their broker accountable. I was told they could not assist. This experience has caused significant delays to my condo renovation. Even while in Vietnam, only about an hour from the factory, I was not permitted to visit to check on the order. I am still hoping to receive the doors, but after 14 weeks with no confirmed timeline and Pacific Craftworks refusing to take responsibility for their broker's conduct, I felt it was important to share my experience publicly.

Once going in I saw a great selection of appliances to the left and home furniture/tv to the right. The associates are very nice and helpful. Once I found the right sofa I found an associate (Chason) to help me order. He was super understanding and had so much patience. I purchased the Sofa and scheduled a delivery was super quick and easy! A month later we decided to replace some appliances in our kitchen since we redid the kitchen countertop and added a vent. Decided to take a look and met Chason again. He helped us find the right refrigerator, dishwasher and washer and dryer! Again great process nice fast and easy! Highly recommend m, the delivery was good but the customer service in the store and on the phone have been amazing!

The delivery team arrived approximately 40 minutes late without any notice or communication…read more Immediately upon arrival, the driver stated he was "not happy" and began arguing with me about the delivery before even making any meaningful attempt to move the refrigerator. The refrigerator was supposed to be delivered upstairs into my home, and the stairs were clearly disclosed in the delivery instructions ahead of time. One of the delivery workers stated that the refrigerator could potentially be brought upstairs, but the driver refused to even attempt the delivery. The refrigerator was never removed from the dolly, lifted, repositioned, or properly assessed for delivery. The driver repeatedly stated he was not going to move it at all and left the refrigerator sitting in my garage. During the delivery, I contacted Island Movers customer service and spoke with an employee named Cece. I found her behavior extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, as she laughed during the phone call while I was trying to resolve the situation. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and concern shown throughout the entire ordeal. In an effort to help complete the delivery and eliminate liability concerns, I even offered to sign a waiver accepting responsibility for any possible damage to the refrigerator, floors, or property. Despite this, the driver still refused to make any attempt whatsoever to complete the delivery. I had to take time off work for this appointment, only for the delivery crew to essentially refuse service after arriving. The refrigerator is still sitting unusable in my garage due to their refusal to complete the delivery. I am extremely disappointed that Costco contracts with a company that operates in this manner.
