I have two personal friends who were punished by these very policys. But I liked that Ultiskin offered an MD to administer services. I made an appointment. The office cancelled my appt just days before. But I'd already made a hotel room reservation in Santa Fe based on my going to this appt. I asked if someone other than the MD could see me. They shifted my appt to their nurse practitioner Anita. Their office called me 2x since the change, the first time my phone indicated who was calling, Dr. Fraker's office, I picked up, "Hello..." The Ultiskin employee said, "who is this?" I said, "You called me!" She said, "I forgot who I called." Hummmm. The other time they had no record of changing my appt so we had to start over. At the appt I enrolled in their frequent rewards program, "brilliant distinctions" based on a flyer they posted offering 100 free sign up points. Then I got my first email from the program, no sign up points, but I was credited with points for my visit. Hummmm. The BEST thing about Ultiskin is Anita, the nurse practitioner who I saw while there. She was positively AWESOME. She did not push me towards more than I wanted and was extremely careful about everything she did. She was a delight in every way. I loved her and would go out of my way to see her again and again. Like other reviews that I had read in advance of going to Ultiskin, I found the service to be exceptional and the administrative structure to be wobbly.
