    The Pope in the front!
    Claire M.

Delicious, unique grilled cheese sandwiches! WWCD came to our apartment for a community event. I was so excited to try it b/c who doesn't love a good grilled cheese? Service was super friendly despite how busy they were! I ordered the Pope, tomato soup, and a smores whoopie pie. Sadly, they ran out of tomato soup, but the sandwich & whoopie pie were so tasty! I'll have to try this spot again to get their soup!

So good! I got Forsaken Bacon, hubs got Go Fig Yourself and kiddo got Baby Cheesus. All were great!

Cheeses was watching you serve this? wish we could say that rye for the Ruben, but really, it's just burnt...

Sad experience. Paid $18 for a Reuben that's burnt beyond belief. This was a to go order and didn't see the condition until we got home. Clearly the person serving it knew the condition. So much for doing the right thing...

    Go Fig Yourself

I would follow this food truck through the desert for forty years. The Go Fig Yourself is the greatest sandwich I have ever eaten. The flavors all mix perfectly to create something rich, luxurious, and absolutely divine. Because of the fig jam and the caramelized onions, it's sweet, so it's more of a dessert, but that just means you get to order a second sandwich to eat as your entree! I love to start with The Vatican without pepperoni because I'm a vegetarian, but I'm sure it's delicious with pepperoni for you meat-eaters! It's like if pizza and a sandwich had a baby! The tomato bisque is creamy, flavorful, and comes with big, garlicky croutons. I can't think of a more perfect meal than a couple of grilled cheese sandwiches and a good tomato bisque! I have found the best food truck in Colorado, and its name is What Would Cheesus Do! Hallelujah!

The Pope HOUSE MADE PESTO, TURKEY, SLICED TOMATOES, MOZZARELLA & BALSAMIC REDUCTION DRIZZLE

Full of flavor. The gooiest cheese. Perfectly toasted bread. Ever changing menu. All words to describe the goodness that is this food truck! At Finn's manor, I had the pleasure of sampling a new menu item - The Pope - which featured turkey, homemade pesto, sliced tomatoes, mozzarella and balsamic reduction drizzle! TO DIE FOR. I'm a sucker for all things balsamic, and this truck serves it up in a variety of ways! The truck is found all over Denver (check out their website or instagram for deets!) , and never disappoints! i can't wait to try more! :) Oh, and the cutest little half truck is parked at Finn's - lit up and ready to serve up the best grilled cheese yet!

    Holy guacamole with turkey added!

I had the chance to try out yet another one of Denver's many food trucks this past weekend at the Bloody Mary Festival and I was not disappointed. I mean how could you be disappointed with a gourmet grilled cheese concoction and a bloody mary?! They have some really creatively named menu items including the Baby Cheesus, Church Bellas, and The Vatican. Puns galore which is totally my style! I tried the Holy Guacamole with turkey added (per the suggestion on the sign). It was super tasty. Cheddar, bacon, guacamole, tomato, plus turkey?! Yeah that's a winning combo if I ever heard it. Only bummer was that I think they were just a bit overwhelmed by the amount of people at this fest. I probably waited 30 minutes total (from time in line to getting my order). I didn't mind the wait that much, but several other people made snarky comments about it. I look forward to checking them out again outside of a fest, to get a better taste of how awesome they really are!

Fortunately when we arrived, only two of them were occupied (I did notice that quite a few people came in to pick up takeout orders while we were there, tho). Anyway after perusing the menu we decided on the following: - A cup of Solyanka (soup) - Beef, turkey, sausage, cabbage, olives, carrots, pickles - A cup of Borscht (soup) - red beets, grass fed beef, onions, carrots, potatoes, served with the spoon of sour cream and fresh herbs - Hinkali - 5 large Georgian style meat dumplings. Served with our special spicy tomato sauce - Cabbage Meat Roll (Golubtsi) - a cabbage roll dish consisting of cooked cabbage leaves wrapped around meat fillings seasoned with garlic, onion, and spices. Served with sour cream. - Honey Cake - Layered cake with light touch of honey and pastry cream between layers. OK. This was a TON of food and each dish (except the cake) came with sour cream. Both cups of soup were incredibly filling (glad we didn't order bowls, but a bowl would be a nice lunch by itself maybe with some bread). Everything was delicious and portions were large. We ended up bringing most of the dumplings home since we were so full (they reheated pretty well the next day). The Solyanka was a real surprise. I'd never had a soup with olives and pickles in it before. It was really yummy! Our server was nice and very polite, and the restaurant is very cute and clean. I would definitely eat here again.

The waitress was very friendly and told us that the restaurant has been operating for over eight years that's always a good sign. The food was excellent. We tried the vinaigrette salad, manty, and potato dumplings everything was very tasty, fresh, and clearly made with care. We also tried their homemade fruit compote, which was especially enjoyable. The service was fast, the atmosphere was pleasant, and we left with very positive impressions. We highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys European cuisine

They used to be my favorite sandwich shop hands-down, but it's obviously changed since they've expanded. The turkey didn't seem like it was roast turkey that was shredded anymore. It tasted and felt like something out of a can. There was a smell to the stuffing that I couldn't swallow. I literally had it throw it in the trash. It felt like there's no heart in it. It's just really disappointing because they were my all-time favorite shop when I lived in Vegas. I mean they're far away from my house so I think I had to pay an extra $10 an Uber eats delivery fees, and I didn't need a single bite. It was beyond bad. It was gross like it felt like there was something spoiled in it. This is not an issue of a bad order, but an issue of something that tasted like it was going to make me sick. Sadly, I will never be visiting in Capriotti's again. I wish I could get a refund. It was truly vile, whatever was in there. And I'm not a normal reviewer. First visit to this location. And I hadn't had Capriotti's in a looooong time. They have FRIES now! Woohoo! They're FLAT. Which is interesting. Capriotti's doesn't have gluten-free bread. The nice lady said that they're working on it. She offered me a choice of a cup or lettuce. I decided on the cup. And ordered fries because no carbs from bread. Win-win! She also gave me a small discount, because I wasn't getting bread. That was so nice! I decided to try the Impossible cheesesteak. Oooh. It needed more cheese, but I got mushrooms, onions, and sweet peppers. It was served in a cup. I have to admit, that was pretty funny. I doused everything with Cholula. Yum!!! I ordered a medium, and couldn't finish it. I have gluten-free baguettes and wraps at home, so that's why I got a medium instead of a small. Did finish all the fries. While they aren't my favorite, they were good. I really prefer greasy, crispy crinkle fries. But these weren't dry. Just lacked real flavor. It's a nice, clean space, much like Highlands Ranch. It's right next to Carrera's, near Pinterest. I hope that they do add a gluten-free option soon! Eating a cheesesteak from a cup just wasn't the same, lol.
