At the time it was just one person in the truck working who I believe was the owner. But for one person it took him only less than 15 minutes to have the order ready which is fast for me. For my sides; collard greens, sweet potatoes, potato salad, mac' n cheese, jalapeño corn bread. The collard greens were perfect, tender and tasty, afterwards we chatted, we make them similarly, so, they're off the chart! Sweet potatoes were the right consistency, not hard and not MUSH, perfect today. Jalapeño corn bread had a slight zing and was DENSE and MOIST, a cornbread perfection. Potato salad was perfect as well, right cook on the potatoes, right size and right combination of ingredients. Mac and cheese was really good as well, she uses a lot of black pepper, just didn't pair really well with pork, but I'm dreaming of returning and getting it with oxtails!!!!
