Pork on a Fork catered my daughter's rehearsal dinner and they did a fantastic job! The food was amazing including pulled pork sandwiches, Mac n cheese, baked beans, cornbread, brownies, cookies, and lemonade. Everything was so good! We recently ordered catering for a work event. Veronica with the catering group helped communicate with me the menu, pricing, and delivery. She was fantastic and always quick to respond. It was super easy to order and they have great food bundles. We went with the 2 meat bundle which came with 2 meats, 2 sides, corn bread, rolls, and all the plates/utensils and BBQ sauce. The delivery arrived on time and food was hot and super delicious. We got tons of compliments. We got the pulled chicken and pulled pork meats which were so tasty, Smokey, and tender. The Mac n cheese was good and even the baked beans had a good kick to them. I love that they gave 3 different types of BBQ sauce too which could cure each persons craving. Incredible!!! I read 5 stars on here which helped me pick them but I would give 10 stars if I could. The food was absolutely great. I ordered the brisket (remarkable) and the pulled pork. Pork on a Fork kept me informed about delivery and were on time. They brought plates, napkins, sauces, salt, pepper, even serving utensils, and a great attitude. There were buns AND corn bread too. The pans of food were in bigger pans so they weren't too hot to handle. Everything went so smoothly. Katelyn was so considerate as well. I am so happy I chose them for my catering. Wow! First off, the BBQ is sooo good! So tender. So flavorful. Just like any good BBQ you don't even need sauce, but DANG! The sauce is tasty, too! My fiancé and I were bored with the same ole' wedding menus that many caterers offered so when we started thinking about places that just offered good food we reached out to Pork on a Fork. The process to get a quote was painless and we had a lot of options to choose from. We selected the three meat option with hand pulled chicken, brisket, and pulled pork. For sides we chose potatoes au gratin, mac and cheese, and beans. As starters we ordered the chicken wings and bacon wrapped meatballs. We opted to do rolls and corn bread as well. Our catering contact Kristina set up a testing at the location closest to us and we had an amazing spread of options to taste to ensure we were happy with our selection. We had two people on site the day of our event for a group of about 80 guests. We asked the caterers to bring out trays to our guests during cocktail hour and then they hosted a buffet style line for our dinner. The set-up looked nice but we did opt to use our own plastic wear rather than the plastic bundled sets provided. They provided plates in either black or white included in the price. Service was friendly, went swift, and there was plenty of food (and then some) for our guests. People were very excited to have an interesting and yummy option to eat at the wedding and we didn't hear a single negative comment of the food. There was some confusion about our order so the caterers originally did not bring any cornbread but once it was brought up they took care of it right away and got the bread there in time for our guests to enjoy it. I would absolutely recommend POAF to anyone looking to host an event and if I have the opportunity again in the future I will absolutely use them again. My (now husband) and I got married this weekend in a teeny tiny ceremony with just family. We wanted to have a barbecue at our house the next day so our friends and family could mingle, but didn't want the stress of having to cook for 15+ guests. My husband recommended Pork on a Fork since we love eating there and saw an option about catering on one of our visits to the Deer Valley location. I called and spoke to a lovely woman (who's name I can't remember, unfortunately), and she made the ordering experience so, so easy. The call took just a few minutes and with the ability to deliver to my home and setup the trays, the weight was lifted off of my shoulders. I scheduled delivery for between 5 and 5:15pm. At 5:10 a lovely delivery guy came to drop off our: pulled pork, bone in chicken, brisket, potato salad, Mac and cheese, rolls and cornbread, as well as all of the necessary paper products. So SO easy! All of the food was a hit, people went back for seconds and thirds. It allowed my husband and I to enjoy socializing instead of having to slave over the stove and/or grill. We had Pork on a Fork cater an event and were really pleased with everything, especially the customer service. We ordered the turkey and pulled pork, as well as mac and cheese, beans, buns and cornbread. I was pleased that they provided 3 types of barbecue sauce, each in a plastic squeeze bottle, which is so much better than those typical messy styrofoam cups and spoons. People really liked the food. The delivery driver arrived on time in a professional vehicle and set everything up nicely. She was great! The trays, stand and chafing fuel things did a great job of keeping the food warm and still worked 4 hours later. POAF even threw in an extra pan of pork! Used Pork on a Fork for a wedding that fed 40 people on August 3rd. The process was super easy. Spoke with Veronica over the phone to get a quote based on their menu. Price was right, and we booked them about three weeks in advance. I confirmed the delivery two days prior and was assured we were all set via email almost instantly (it was late Thursday night!) I received a text with GPS alerts that are driver was on its way, and the food showed up right on time, before we started the ceremony. The delivery guy was super helpful, he suggested putting the food in the oven on low until after we were done with the ceremony (DIY wedding, no real "coordinator" on site to get things done, only me the maid of honor lol).... After the wedding, we set up our own chaffing dishes, put the food out for all to eat, and the guests couldn't stop raving about how good it was! Pork on a Fork catered a sales event at our apartment complex. It was so delicious!!! The brisket was smokey and the perfect texture. The chicken was not very appealing, honestly. It was rubbery and dry. But the Mac and cheese was on point! Not dry or bland at all. The baked beans were surprisingly delicious and had a little bite to them. I have an auto body shop up the street, and I do eat at all the local places, so I want to be sure that whoever reads this knows it's a legit customer. For about the 4th time trying their "world class" baby backs, I would warn people to make sure they are fresh. Every time I've ordered the ribs are like they were cooked days ago, put in the fridge, then microwaved. I can get better ribs at Chillis, and I hate their ribs. Even the drinks here are terrible. Bad service as well. They must have friends that post these good reviews because I haven't received a good meal in 4 tries. Best Brisket Ever! We had a Christmas Eve party and had it catered with the help of Matt and Andrew of Pork on a Fork Catering. The order was correct, they arrived on time, and Andrew set up all of the food. Our guests loved the food. The brisket was "the best brisket I've ever had" according to multiple guests.
