I am soo thankful to have one of the best food trucks in Oregon so close to me. We have tried almost everything on the menu. The largest and most juicy deep fried mushrooms you have ever had. Daughter LOVES the pulled pork sandwiches and the hamburgers are fresh from Oregon Grass Fed Beef. The Mac&Cheese was made exactly how my dad would make it. Down home southern mac. Not some powdered cheese or fake processed, but gourmet Mac&Cheese. Delicious wild caught Cod Fish & Chips and the best battered fries you will ever have. Boring is not so boring anymore! I have a menu in the car and call before I leave the house. Perfect! Update 3/7/17 I just called to place an order to go and found out the devastating news that you have moved to 82nd Dr. I know business will be way better for you but I'm heartbroken that you had left my little town which leaves me hardly any options again. Well there's always a taco cart and Heaven Scent bakery. At least Heaven Scent has sandwiches and the best pastries you can find.

My wife and I were excited to spot Porkey D's Food Truck on the main drag in Blanchard, Idaho. There was ample room to wait without feeling crowded. Service was very professional and friendly. The food was magnificent. We spent 18 months in Japan and I never tasted better Gyoza. Everything else we tasted was top class. I will feel comfortable ordering whatever looks best when we visit today! read more

I finally got to try Porky D's! We ordered sliders for the kids, loaded fries for the adults and their famour BBQ pork sandwiches as well! Food was great and the owners friendly! They also offer Gluten Free buns! Nice option for thise if us who need it! Will definitely be going back for more yummy BBQ! read more

Cheeseburger, Porkey D's original pulled pork, Mac & cheese, Fries, and fish and chips. Not all at the same time.. but went to this cart about 3-4 times now and everything is delicious! The owner is super friendly. Answered all my questions! Waiting time is good considering that everything is made fresh for you. She takes phone orders if you don't want to wait. Great location!!!! And it's Right next to my TWO favorite Mexicen Cart and my favorite Thai cart in town! ITS A WIN WIN if I do say so myself. NOTE: This food pod place might be easy to miss. But it's right off of 82nd. Across from Best Buy, vitamin store, Starks vacuum. on the same side as McDonald's Parking lot of Rocco's Bar. read more

I don't understand all the hoopla about this place! I am a BBQ snob having eaten it in Kansas City (world's best IMO), Memphis, Louisiana, Arkansas, NYC, etc. And I bbq at home. But Porky D's just did not cut the mustard. The pork just tasted like oven roasted. Absolutely no smoke flavor. And sauce? It resembled 1000 island dressing! Huh? Earth to Porky D's! What are you thinking? BBQ has to have BBQ sauce. Not salad dressing! Then they tried to short change me! Learn to count, use a calculator, and learn to BBQ boys! Needless to say, I was dissapointed and will not be returning. read more

Excellent pulled pork sandwiches! We stopped in for a quick lunch after getting our nephew from school. Couldn't be more pleased with the prices, the food, and the guy who took my order seems like one cool cat! We ordered two hawian pulled pork was delightful, even the pineapple was delicious. The sauce they use had a perfectly smoked flavor which was a perfect pairing with the pork itself. Would highly recommend anyone to stop by and try this great example of a food truck. read more

Stopped by Porkey D's and had their pulled pork Reuben. The sandwich was fantastic, I had it with jack cheese instead of swiss, and I can't recommend it enough. The dressing was awesome and the pork itself was top notch. Great service and absolutely delicious fries. Do yourself a favor and grab a sandwich! read more

Wow!!! Excellent pulled pork sandwich! The spicy sauce is fantastic and along with the slaw and toasted bun it's a masterpiece. I also tried the homemade macaroni and cheese and it really hit the spot. The owner asked if I wanted bacon in it. I had to laugh, what isn't better with bacon. Lastly, the service is great and the owner is very friendly. Stop in and support Porky D's for some great food and service!!! It's a great little gem tucked away in Boring!!! read more

Pretty great. Highly recommend the Pork Reuben and the Pork wings (which are nicely fried pork shanks). Prices are very reasonable! The ladies working are super sweet and remind you of the aunts that sneaked you cookies before dinner when you were younger. read more

We also had ordered two separate meals to go one was a noodle Alfredo and the other was a pesto noodle ravioli. We have not tried them yet. We hope they aren't as salty. My husband had the Caesar salad and it also was inedible due to the fact that it was made up with raw garlic which made it extremely hot. Maybe we're just wusses. My salad was the house salad with the house dressing which was a raspberry vinaigrette and I thought it was very good. At least it wasn't salty and it wasn't hot. There was no one in the restaurant but then again it was only around 2:00 in the afternoon and the fair was going on across the street. The single waiter was very personable and each one of those meals were $22 each. The pizza was 24. Very attractive place I'm sure it's an acquired taste for local people having been in business since 2016. It just was not our cup of tea. The thing that we like the best was the tablecloths. We packaged up the pizza to take home and I'm going to dump some sauce and some cheese on it and hope that we can make it more palatable so it's not a total waste of $24. UPDATE: Added red sauce, salami, and italian blend cheese to the pizza, it was at least palatable, but not what I'd call pizza. And just to make it clear, I'm not a fan of Dominos, Papa Murphy, or any other pizza place in CDA so far either so theres that... HAHA. But I have to change the rating of the restaurant because the PESTO RAVIOLI IS FANTASTIC!!!!! Simply SUPERB! And the noodles alfredo is fine as well. Not sure I agree with the value of $22 each....but still, totally yummy. The little "bruschetta" type bread slices with each are a nice addition as well. But....sincerely, the ravioli was TO DIE FOR. So credit where credit is due.

Although my opinion is without doubt biased, I have never tasted better food in my life. I have worked the counter at Porkey D's and I believe most,if not all, of the customers would agree. ( with the exception of one gentleman who was not satisfied after being served 1000 island on a pork reuben??? ) Never heard that one before lol. Had an amazing lunch today at a fantastic food truck Porkey D's. I Have heard about it and had to try it. The food was fantastic. I wanted to try the deep fried mushrooms for sure. The best I have ever had. So fresh and yummy. I also had the fish and chips. Amazing and fresh tarter sauce and the coleslaw was perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants a good tasty meal.
