After a recent visit to the service center, I was shocked to see the poor customer service at my once go-to porsche service center in Burlington. To start, it was difficult to schedule an appointment since the service staff appeared to be overwhelmed by the 3 items I asked for including a (1) standard oil change (2) check tires/quote new tires (3) remove four dents. 3 days later, I get a call that my cars oil change is done. No mention of the other two requests. When I asked about the new tire quote and dent removal, I was told they'd look into it. 2 days later , I've received no updates and I called to get a status; no answer or call back. I decide to cut my losses and get my car. Upon arrival, I remind them for the third time about the two other requests. Service told me, "you can come back". I'm perplexed by the total lack of any customer service, indifference and disrespect for my time. Well Porsche, my car is out of warranty and no reason to take it to you. My mechanic down the street does a fine job and cares to keep customers happy. Step it up Porsche!... your legacy is being tarnished. read more

recently purchased a used car from Porsche Burlington and all I have to say is wow what a nightmare waited almost 2 weeks for my car and speaking with Jason, Haiter and Joe was even worse they treated me so poorly and the way they spoke to me was even worse I've never felt so uncomfortable.I do have to shout out one of the SA Michael who went above and beyond for me who drove 1 hour to show me the car I wanted. Anytime I asked a question he either knew it or went above and beyond to get the answer for me. when we ran into a issue with the car before I purchased it he kept me in the loop unlike the other guys I spoke to who basically acted like they could care less. Michael also drove the car back down to me with all the paper work so I wouldn't have to go back to Porsche Burlington because he knew how uncomfortable I was with going Back there. All I have to say is Michael was amazing and we don't see SA like him especially his age. He is young, Caring and respectful and to see someone go above and beyond like he did was the reason I bought the car because if I had to make a sale with the other 3 assholes I would have walked. Now that I live in Colorado, I reached back out to Mikail to purchase another Porsche because I know that he will provide FIRST CLASS service once again. And I have not been disappointed. Herb Chambers Porsche is your typical shady car dealership with an unprofessional sales staff proving that it takes zero education or ethical standards to work there. I scheduled a showing for a specific vehicle that had been sitting in inventory since September. I drove an hour and a half to my appointment only to be told they sold it 20 minutes before I arrived. I was irritated they'd use my interest as leverage to push a sale to another buyer and even more irritated the "salesman" showed absolutely no concern. Car dealerships are hit or miss so this type of behavior isn't shocking. Fortunately, the experience at Porsche of Warwick was the complete opposite. It's worth the drive to Warwick knowing you'll be treated with respect and professionalism. I'll be actively avoiding Herb Chambers dealerships in the future and recommend you do the same if you're in the market for an automobile. read more

Special ordered a 2020 992 C4S this January. Painlessly negotiated an agreed upon purchase price via email with Jason Figueroa with 24 hours. Went into the the dealership and met with Philippe Chanial to sign the paperwork. It's was quick and efficient because he was prepared. I was done in 30 minutes. Car arrived at the height of Covid in March so Philippe sent someone to my house with all the paperwork for my signature (it's was done on my front porch). Shortly thereafter, they trucked my new car on a flatbed to my house. This Is the way all car purchase should go. Service Review: Service is very slow. It took a week for a one day job and the car came back dirtier than when I dropped it off. When you drop off a car at a Porsche dealership you expect a certain level of service. The people were great, but the care with car and speed of service were below my expectations. Additionally, I really do not care for the Audi loaner cars. I bought a Porsche so I could drive a Porsche, not an underpowered Audi. When it came time to get service again, I decided to go up north to the Nashua location and found the personnel to be less sophisticated but they at least washed and vacuumed my car and provided a Porsche Cayenne for a loaner. If they can up their game and provide quality service, reasonable speed, and a quality loaner, I would try them again. read more

That's why I use Prime Porsche of Norwood amazing customer service and prompt answers to your email immediately. In 2016 when I was shopping to purchase and built my new Carrera, went to HB Porsche dealer in Boston, I was not treated well at all and they didn't even offer me a test drive, then I went to Prime Porsche and the key were handed to me to drive the car alone, regardless if I was buying it or not. read more

We are new to MA and we have brought our Macon to this location, which sadly is the closest to us, several times for various repairs. I have been shocked by the poor customer service we have received from nearly each person I have interacted with aside from the pleasant woman who sits at reception. SalesMEN walk around as if they own the place, in overpriced suits and ties, are rude in their responses both on the phone and in person, and are completely unaccommodating. The leather seating and stocked snack bar don't make up for poor treatment of people. You'd get better service at the used car lot down the street. Porsche I expect more from you! read more

My girl was looking to upgrade her car but wasn't sure exactly sure what she wanted to get. For weeks we have been squandering for time to test drive an Audi Q5 just to see if she would like it. From what we knew the Audi drove very different from her old X3 she'd been jaunting around the mean streets of Chucktown. Fast-forward to this weekend Presidents' Day Sunday morning and we are looking at many Audi Q5s in the area. We were surprise to find many dealerships closed on Sunday. Then we came across one here and it was the smartest priced in the whole country. It price was brilliant. They were open on a Sunday too! I used the texting service to schedule some time to test drive with 45 minutes notice. When we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome without them knowing we even had an appointment. The vehicle was in a near by lot since they are building a new Porsche building next door and space is limited on the property. Very understandable and the communication regarding the location of the Q5 was outstanding. The vehicle arrived in a very reasonable time. We worked with Porsche brand ambassador John Fontaine. Went for a test drive and my girl liked the car. The car was a real cherry! We also wanted to know the value of her trade so when we returned John already had the General Manager Mikail look at the car. They presented the numbers to us and they were very fair. I told my girl that usually with car shopping it's best to kiss many frogs before you get to the one you really want. I purchased a certified preowned 2018 Cayenne from this dealership. Within 5 months I had a number of things that have gone wrong with the car. I needed a new differential, my back passenger window would not close and my sunroof would not retract correctly....OK... things go bad... just didn't think a CPO would have so many troubles so quickly... but I get it...things happen...took it to the dealership for service, they had my car for a week.... Saying they ordered an incorrect part, then kept saying the technician is working on it.... Then finally when my car was ready they charged me for lubing my sunroof which they said was not under warranty.... OK, wish they would have expressed that to me prior and given me an estimate... but moving forward I paid for the service.... Got into my car and tried to open my sunroof... same problem I had when I brought it in.... Went back into the service department and informed them of the problem....as they looked through my paperwork they found out the technician did not do the work I was charged for because they said I had informed them not to complete the work...which was totally inaccurate and I believe someone was just covering their 6..... to add insult to injury... on my hour drive home, the "inflate" caution light comes on even though the pressure in my tire was in range.... It appears that I left the dealership with more problems then what I had when I first came in..... read more

I never received the email. So, after a few days I emailed back and asked again for pricing and they said they don't have what I'm looking for. They didn't offer up other options and stopped communication. So, I called the sales manager and explained the situation. He said he was busy and would get back to me on Sunday. He never called me back. I guess they are too busy to make a sale and maybe wasn't interested in making the sale because I'm a woman. It had been over a year since I sold my 993. For you that know Porsches you know that the 993 is about as good as it gets. I really needed to get behind a Porsche again. I wanted a another Turbo but I couldn't get it with a standard transmission. I have been driving Porsches for over 30 years and there was no way that I was going to drive an automatic Porsche. My criteria for a new Porsche was that it had to be an everyday car, it had to have power, it had to have all wheel drive and it had to have a standard transmission. I decided on ordering a 2017 Carrera 4S. I had my 993 serviced at Porsche of Burlington although I didn't purchase it there. I decided on giving them a call and set up an appointment to meet with a sales consultant. I walked in with my Build Sheet that I had prepared and met with Mr. David Corbin and I must say he is not your typical sales person. First of all he is low key, listens intently and knows Porsches. We have so much in common not only with Porsches but in life, he is a true gentleman. I also met with Chris Husband the Sales Manager who was very helpful with ordering my car. Both men were extremely helpful and made me very comfortable during the order process. I ordered my car on March 23 and it arrived on July 26. During this time David called me several times to update me on the status of the build. I was very anxious to see the car. I had my Arena Red Turbo for almost 20 years and was a little apprehensive at looking at the new car. Well, my 2017 Carmine Red 4S surpassed all of my expectations. It's such a beautiful car and is a joy to drive. The car was just a continuation of the great service and hospitality that I received when working with David and Chris. For anyone interested in purchasing a new Porsche, I would very highly recommend setting up an appointment with David. read more

Service The worst dealership I have ever delt with. A simple service turned into them damaging my car and flooding it. They kept my car for over a month and returned it without even touching it. My Porsche Cayenne sat in there lot flooded for about 7 weeks and was returned to me with water still in it. I was told that they fixed it but never touched it. They do not stand by there name nor the moto that have on their service card "Nothing But The Best." NOT!!! I will never buy HERB CHAMBERS nor have HERB CHAMBERS service because you are just a number to them. No professionalism what so ever and the Management knows nothing about customer service. After bringing my car back with water in it they didn't even detail it nor apologize for almost 3 months of inconvenience. This is a PORSCHE dealership they should stand by their name. read more

After arriving too early for a test drive appointment, I was not able to fit into their busy schedule and unfortunately couldn't wait around. I left disappointed. The next day Chris, the sales manager, called to offer me another chance. In fact he was willing to drive 1 of the 2 cars I wanted to test right to my office in Stoneham. So he did: a brand new Cayman with the dual clutch semi-auto PDK. I drove it back to the dealership on the highway in Sport mode, then picked up the 2nd car (a Cayman S with paddle shifters) and drove it back to the office shifting with the paddles the whole way (after a side trip down a twisty, hilly parkway followed by a freshly paved lightly traveled straightaway). Oh does that engine sound great! The steering, transmission and brakes all felt perfectly balanced and silky smooth. The experience was much more enjoyable than I had hoped and I have Chris to thank for going out of his way to help. I will update this post after I make my purchase in a few months. But hats off to Chris and his team at Chambers Porsche for the follow-up and great personal attention! read more

Went to buy a pair of windshield wipers. The parts counter charged me $80 + tax. Out of curiosity went back home and checked MSRP of said item (same part number) - MSRP is $50 and is sold for that amount by many authorized Porsche dealers. Just not this one. This is 75% mark up on spare parts. Not even accessories which we all know are overpriced. So If you are buying parts directly or paying for them when your car is repaired at Porsche of Burlington- you are getting ripped off. I do not know how things are on the Audi side (the parts desk is shared between Audi and Porsche), but if you are a Audi client you owe it to yourself to check what you are getting charged too. My search started with Norwood, and then Denver and not to mention several visits to Boston ( they are located next door and promised something but could not keep up) . In my view, sales reps working in Norwood, Boston and other locations need to take classes from Micheal and Chris , on how to convert walk ins into sales. I would not say they sell cars, but they make people happy. They are two versions of Joe Girard....may be upgrades !!!! When it comes to Porsche, we all know it is a great car and we all can get information on how well equipped. ( although in Boston dealership at commonwealth, my sales rep kept me waiting for several hours just to find some basic details on Cayenne. :( which finally he could not find :(( and never called me back with right info :((( Second, they promised to give me certain % discount, but when I finally made up my mind, they offered something very basic with the strong attitude as if they are obliging me by offering small rebate.... and were harsh too. I understand , they are also in business of making money, but all I was asking was just couple of thousand on such super expensive well equipped car....one more thing, please do not even go to BMW at commonwealth, they are so freaking rude...can you imagine, they offered me 250 dollars discount on 63 thousand dollar car :(((((( Micheal and Chris are really great at people management, very respectful, soft spoken, and I highly recommend even to those who do not want to buy Porsche, well if you will just walk in , they will make you so happy that you will end up BUYING A DREAM LUXURY CAR at affordable price. read more

A great place if you are getting an oil change or something simple. As soon as it gets complicated, the incompetency, arrogance, and unprofessional behavior grows exponentially. I own a 2014 Porsche Panamera, and in the last year it has had three major problems; two that have put the lives my wife and toddler son in danger. The first incident was when all tires locked and the car malfunctioned as my wife was driving our then one year old son home from a friends house. It took Porsche two weeks to figure out what had gone wrong and another ten days to fix it. After voicing my concern, Porsche Cars North America admitted that this was an unknown malfunction in which they never dealt with in the past. The second incident happened in early July, when I pulled out of a shopping center at 30mph and the car began to stall and would not accelerate past 40mph. Again, it took Porsche of Burlington over two weeks to fix. At first, they believed it was "the low pressure pump," and when that didn't work, it was "the high pressure pump." At the end no clear explanation as to why. When I picked up the car and drove off the lot, I noticed a shake at 40mph and again at 70mph. I turned back to the dealership, and I was told by Marcos, the service advisor, that this is the way Prosches are, but if it is necessary he will have a mechanic take drive with me. I accepted, and took a 10 minutes drive with the licensed professional. He went on to support Marcos' theory. Given his level of confidence, I asked if he owns a Porsche; he replied, "no way, can't afford one and if I could I wouldn't cause they break easily." Uncomfortable moment to say the least. Third incident; in late August I got a dashboard warning light indicating that one of my tires is low. I went to the gas station to fill it with air and the gage indicated that the tire was at 34 psi. I called the service center and I was told by Marcos that Porsche has two separate tire measurements, and I shouldn't pay attention to the psi but rather fill info which read at 0 and -1 for all the tires. I did not feel comfortable with putting more air in it, so I took it to another mechanic who specializes in tires. With certainty, he explained that the tires have more than enough air in them and refused to put more. He said it was a sensor issue. When I took the car to Porsche of Burlington, Marcos insisted again that the tires need air, I told him explicitly that you can go ahead and put air in, but that you take the responsibility for this. He did and he did. I drove the car home and put it in the garage. The car was not touched until a couple of nights later when my pregnant wife took the car to go to a birthday party and less than ten minutes on the highway the same tire exploded from the side almost causing her to crash. The same warning sign about the tires being too low came on before the tire exploded which indicates an issue with the sensors. I called Porsche road side assistance and it took them over two hours to send a tow truck leaving her on the highway by herself. I asked for a call back from Porsche Cars North America, and 5 weeks later, still no call. Two days after the car was towed to the dealership, I received an email, not a call, from Marcos that the tire will cost $436.43 to replace. Also, he said that the shake is now worse than before and they will need to road force balance the tires for an additional $520. I replied with a angry, but polite email about the tire being over inflated. Another seven days went by before I received a call from a supervisor yelling at me to make a decision or to return the loaner. Yelling at the top of his lungs, he would not accept my explanation or even allow me to talk. Without any options I was forced to have them change the tire. When I went to pick up my car at 2:30 in the afternoon, I asked to speak to a manger. The service manger on duty picked up the office phone and diled the extension, and was instructed to tell me that he was at lunch. Again, I asked for a call back, and exactly 8 weeks later and no call. What is most interesting is I have not received a customer survey for this visit. Now anyone that deals with these service centers know, that not only they send you a survey immediately after a visit, but god help you if you leave a negative feedback; they will treat you like dirt the next time you visit. read more

Terrible customer service. Contacted internet "manager" Anitra. Asked for BASIC info on a car I was intent on purchasing. She stated she was gathering info and get the info back to me ASAP. Day later got email from random associate saying she would help me. I say ok and again ask for same info, then next day Anitra emails me saying another person "Dave" would contact me because he knows the vehicles well?? How do you work at a Porsche dealership as a manager and not know basic information about a car you are selling on your lot? I was not asking for technical specs mind you. Long story short I waited for "Dave" to contact me and that never happened. I rarely write reviews but if this is indicative of the service they provide on a car I am trying purchase I can't imagine what dealing with them would be like if the transaction had gone any further. I called a day ago and set up appointment at 12 noon to test drive the Macan. I show up at 11 50, and a French wants me to reschedule the appointment when I want to test drive the car. Because he said he have customer and he is not free for me! He said you can reschedule a appointment or stick around for an hour .I told him I have appointment at 12 but he said we always have customer. Is that mean he think im not worth for him to spend time on me and dont treat me as a buyer? I drove all the way from RI to burlington just for him to reschedule the appointment?
