It's disappointing to see Elizabeths version of events presented publicly especially when she's hiding from the truth. To clarify: I was explicitly told the 5-day refund applied to all vehicles -- including the S4 -- until I asked to have that in writing. Only then was it revealed, in fine print, that "S models" were excluded, and the dealership refused to amend the document to reflect what was originally promised. Regarding the inspection, I was assured this car had completed Audi's 100-point certification yet the only documentation produced was a basic state safety inspection. Hardly the same thing. As for the claim that I "didn't respond" or "arrived an hour late," that's simply false. I had a scheduled mechanic inspection lined up that morning; arriving late would have defeated the entire purpose of coordinating that appointment. It's unfortunate the dealership is resorting to deflection rather than owning up to misleading communication and incomplete transparency. I'm in no way surprised and if anything glad the public can see their incompetence and lack of integrity.

I wish there was a ZERO star review. Please check out these screenshots of their ridiculous repair costs before you even agree to have then run a "DIAGNOSTIC". My wife brought in her 2018 Q5 today (5-20-24) for repair of a brake sensor (notoriously wears out BEFORE the pads and rotors) and a brake light warning that intermittently goes on (albeit the actual brake lights are functioning properly). They charged her $209 TWICE (TWO diagnosis fees) that they said would be "applied to any repairs". They gave us no general idea of the cost of fixing these sensors, which we figured would be something around or slightly above the diagnostic costs that are paid up front given that we are telling them the EXACT problem. So what elaborate "diagnosis" protocol is exactly needed in this case ? It is completely unlike saying there is vague "noise" coming from the engine (could be a belt, water pump, etc.). Incredibly, the estimate on the brake sensor was $546.02 (see attached pic- this does NOT include any rotor or pad replacement - believe me , I asked). The estimate on the tail light warning was another $771.20 (see attached pic). Mind you, neither of these sensors and dash lights affects the drivability or safety of the car AT ALL. Of course we DECLINED these services and their ridiculously over-priced charges, which would have run an additional $899 [(771-209) + (546-209)=$899] for fixing poorly engineered sensors and dash alerts. But the ludicrousness does not end there. They also recommended that we fix engine mounts for $2436.15 and do a 60K service for $956.00. The Audi has these periodic service alerts that are annoying, but can be cleared with my OBD2 code reader. I expressed my frustration in speaking to the Audi rep. All he could say was "well, you knew the costs !" Which is completely disingenuous and unfair. It's like ordering a drink at a bar thinking it will be around 25 bucks max and then getting presented with a tab for $200. If you add up all the costs, the dealership was charging us repairs/maintenance that totaled about one quarter of the entire vehicle's trade-in value, for a car that drives completely FINE without any repairs. So we end up driving away paying over $400 for useless "diagnostics" and zero repairs. LESSON LEARNED: DO NOT GO TO A DEALERSHIP FOR ANY REPAIRS. They use inflated costs to pay for all their overhead (like comfy chairs, complimentary coffee in their lounges, administrative costs). FIND A REPUTABLE family-run repair shop that specializes in your particular auto manufacturer. For instance, I love Tosti's auto repair in Framingham, MA for my Lexus IS350 (see my 5-star review). I will never forget taking that car to get a backing plate adjusted at a Lexus dealership and getting charged $303.00. The kicker was, they didn't actually fix it since it went from making a severe grinding noise on a hard left turn to making the same noise on a hard right. Ha ! In the end, Tosti's fixed it with the car up on a lift for under 6 minutes total and charged me nothing.

All the departments work well together , providing seamless service. In the entire organization, I have never had one negative interaction with an employee.  The facility is state-of-the-art, spacious, and comfortable. There is a beautiful coffee bar, and even a nail/manicure bar. The dealership is dog-friendly. This location also has the first AMG Performance Center in the country. Dealership has events for customers are cool and upscale. The service department has the dream team of master technicians  - more than any other dealership. Every technician takes the time to go over things with customers and answer any questions. Mark Lipizzi,  the shop foreman, one of the techs, Steve Bergeron, a service advisor. Stephen Lopes, the service manager the real MVP has made sure every need of mine as been met.  Lamia Raiss, finance manager, is extremely thorough and finds the best products and solutions when purchasing your automobile.  Gary King the general manager isn't your stuffy stuck up typical boring manager. He is extremely down-to-earth and a true car guy.  The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group is built on giving back to the community, and supporting our community in any way we can. We brought our vehicle in for a routine scheduled service. Before the appointment, the trunk operated normally with no issues. When we picked the vehicle up and returned home, the trunk was nearly impossible to open and required significant force. We contacted the dealership immediately and were asked to bring the vehicle back for inspection. The dealership determined that a replacement part was needed. While they offered to cover the approximately $180 part, they stated that the labor would exceed $2,000 because the repair required work by a specialty center. They declined to cover those costs. Regardless of the cause, the trunk malfunction first appeared immediately following routine service, and we were left responsible for a repair costing more than $2,000. The handling of the situation left us without confidence in the dealership, and we will be taking our vehicle elsewhere for future service. For anyone bringing a vehicle in for service, I would recommend thoroughly documenting the condition and operation of key components before drop-off.

In November 2023, we purchased a 2021 Kia Seltos Certified Pre-Owned for my daughter. Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting and satisfying experience turned into a frustrating one from the very beginning. We had to make **three separate attempts** to take delivery because the vehicle wasn't ready, despite the dealer's commitment to have it ready on a given date. Before the third pickup attempt, I sent the dealership a detailed email documenting the outstanding issues, including: * No inspection sticker, despite having already paid them for it. * Wheel locks that had been promised but were still sitting in the trunk instead of being installed on the car. * A vehicle detail/cleanup that fell well below what I would expect for a Certified Pre-Owned delivery. The car was dirty and soiled. * Significant hazing on the driver's-side headlight that had not been corrected. * Noticeable curb rash on one of the wheels. * Dings and scratches that had not been repaired. The used car sales manager acknowledged these issues and assured me they would be addressed before delivery, however it took my calling attention to the details to get them to deliver a minimally acceptable product. Incidentally, the sales rep went missing in action during this process and barely acknowledged our presence during delivery. The biggest disappointment, however, surfaced after we owned the vehicle. The air conditioning never worked properly from day 1. We initially assumed it was a minor issue, but after additional service visits and expenses, it became clear that the problem existed from the time we took delivery. A Certified Pre-Owned vehicle should not be delivered with a non-functioning air conditioning system. And the dealer should stand behind a Certified Pre Owned Vehicle, for which a significant premium was paid. But, instead, they seem eager to hit us with a bill greater than $3K instead of honoring the spirit of the CPO warranty and doing the right thing by the customer. What disappoints me most isn't that a used vehicle needed repairs, as used cars sometimes do. It's that we experienced multiple delivery delays, had to point out numerous quality issues before taking possession, and ultimately ended up with a vehicle that had a major mechanical problem from day one. And every time the car is brought to Herb Chambers/Asbury for service, the communication is nonexistent or elusive, requiring my daughter and me to make multiple phone calls over several hours to reach a human being. They never call us to tell us that the car is ready to pick up. And the Tekion multipoint inspections and associated paperwork provided by the company were not informative or accurate, adding to the frustration factor. I recognize that many people have had positive experiences with Herb Chambers dealerships (and our family has bought more than 9 cars from their Honda and Lexus dealerships), but this was our first experience with the Kia location. If you're considering purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, I would encourage you to perform an exceptionally thorough inspection of every system, including the air conditioning, before accepting delivery. I hope sharing this experience helps someone else avoid the frustration we experienced. Again, think twice before purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle from Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington, and if you do find the perfect vehicle there, have it inspected by an independent third party. And if you take delivery of the vehicle in the Winter, be sure to test the AC the moment you get a warm day. You might want to look elsewhere, as this dealership doesn't stand behind their vehicles and have a very unprofessional approach to their customer service.

A friend I trust was raving about Scott's services, so I contacted Scott when I tried to sell my existing car and get a new car. My situation was challenging due to high miles, however, he exhausted all possibilities for ways to sell and/or trade my existing car, plus worked with me on finding a new car based on my interests, needs, timeline, and finances. From the first time I contacted Scott about selling my used car, till the time I actually drove my new car off the lot, it was less than a week. He moves fast, handles all the research, negotiating, calls and paperwork, and makes everything painless and more than convenient than you can possiblly imagine. Definitely check into Scott if you are hoping to sell a car and/or buy a new/used car, he's friendly, knowledgeable of both cars and dealers, and his rates are super-reasonable.

This is a long overdue review of Scott. My wife and I have used Scott twice to replace her cars,…read moreand both times he delivered and surpassed our expectations. We were introduced to Scott by a colleague of mine who also used him and was happy with him. And we remain grateful for that introduction. Looking back, I can see that we continued using Scott for 4 primary reasons: 1- We trust him 2- We value his expertise 3- We enjoy working with him 4- We don't have time to handle getting new cars ourselves. We first used Scott in 2021. After reviewing what my wife wanted in her X5, he rightly advised that we go with a custom build. Scott handled everything from the negotiation of the deal to placing the order to finalizing the documents which we simply DocuSigned before the car was delivered to our home. Throughout the process, Scott tracked the progress of the car build and kept us updated, and my wife was extremely happy with the car she ended up with. Despite the car being a custom build, Scott was able to get it at 9K below MSRP at a time when car prices were already starting to get somewhat crazy. Scott's involvement didn't stop with the car delivery. The car had some tree sap on one of the mirrors, and he ensured the dealer took care of that as well. The second time we used Scott was toward the end of 2023. The last few months of 2023 were trying for us as a family with the loss of my father, then a close uncle, then our dog, and then my wife's stepfather. Those losses combined with our jobs made it difficult for us to work with Scott with much lead time. We ended up asking him to find my wife a 2024 X5 matching a specific build and he literally had days right before Christmas to do it. And he DID it. This time, the new car was again 8-9K below MSRP. And Scott again took care of handling everything from finding the car which he did in a weekend, to negotiating the deal, to finalizing the documents for us to DocuSign, and finally ensuring the car was delivered again to our home. With everything we had going on in our lives and our jobs, I can say without the shadow of a doubt that if it weren't for Scott, my wife would not have been able to get a new car by end of 2023. We highly recommend Scott, much like he was highly recommended to us. And we are grateful for his good nature and calm dealing with our constraints in 2023 because we know that couldn't have been easy for him. In a world where everything is inflated, Scott is one of the few exceptions where the value you receive far outweighs the fee you pay.
