    My rim that was damaged while having warranty work done here.

    Had an interesting experience here after accidentally choosing it over another Mazda dealer to get warranty work done. The only things keeping me from giving one star is the service advisors Jonathan and Paul. They were very nice, and treated me well. The dealer also fessed up and repaired their damage to my vehicle, but not after having a civil argument. I had to ask for paperwork since I didn't get it and when I picked up my car after a week, one of the rims was scratched down to the metal. This happened when the car was at the dealer, and the head of the service department (Rob I think?) tried to blame me and argued that I did it "intentionally". He also tried to make it seem like I was targeting the technician who did the work to my car, but that's far from the truth as I am very happy with the warranty work done apart from my damaged rim. None of the other three rims had bare metal or heavy scratches and I take care of all of my vehicles religiously. This dealer even showed me pictures of my car that they took themselves before the warranty work was done and you could see the rims were all pristine, which really screwed their attempt to blame me. Rob even tried to beg me to pay $150 for the rim repair, even though I didn't damage my wheel since I had a loaner car for a week! I had to literally threaten leaving multiple one star reviews, filing a claim and/or lawsuit with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and contacting Mazda's U.S. Headquarters to put a complaint in. Once I got to this point, he finally said they'd repair the wheel free of charge based on "good faith". The only "good faith" in this situation was when I brought my car here before it was damaged. Thankfully this repair was done well and I'm satisfied, but I will not be coming back here.

    Overall great experience. Love the car and enjoyed working with Blaine, he explained everything and was super friendly. Highly recommend.

I purchased my vehicle from the dealership about six months ago. At the time of purchase, I was told that the gas door cap had been repaired by gluing it back onto the fuel door. Unfortunately, that repair was not done properly, and the cap fell off while I was pumping gas. When I brought my car in for an oil change, I explained the situation to the service advisor. I don't know his name, but his attitude was disappointing. He immediately asked how many miles were on the car. I explained that I had purchased it from this dealership only six months ago, and I didn't feel the mileage was relevant since the problem was with a repair that had supposedly been completed before I bought the vehicle. I also mentioned that I had purchased the extended warranty, but he told me it wasn't covered. That wasn't really the point. The issue existed when I purchased the car. Instead of listening and trying to help, he was argumentative and made the interaction uncomfortable. I told him I would rather speak with Carlos, who has always taken great care of me. I can't say enough good things about Carlos. Over the many years I have been coming to this dealership, he has always been professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. He is one of the main reasons I continue to return. I also want to recognize Paul Santiago, the Sales Manager. During my visit, I was told my vehicle needed both the engine air filter and cabin air filter replaced. I was frustrated because I had only owned the car for six months. I spoke with Paul, and he immediately listened to my concerns. He understood why I was disappointed and, without hesitation, had both filters replaced at no cost. That level of customer service meant a lot to me. Paul was professional, courteous, and truly showed that he cares about his customers and the dealership's reputation. Employees like Paul and Carlos are the reason I have remained a loyal customer for over two decades. The gas door still needs to be replaced. I was told that a new gas door has been ordered, so I am hoping to receive a call soon to schedule that repair. I appreciate that this is being addressed and look forward to having it completed. While I hope the dealership addresses the customer service I received from the service advisor, I sincerely appreciate the outstanding service provided by Carlos and Paul. They turned a frustrating experience into a much more positive one, and they deserve to be recognized.

Within a day or two of posting my review, I received a text and email from General Manager Christian Kassis and a follow-up phone call this past Saturday. My criticism and complaint stemmed from having to pay over $500 for work that was covered by my Ford PremiumCARE extended warranty because the then manager of the Service Centered failed to follow-up on the warranty claim. This all happened last year, and I had finally gotten around to posting a review. As mentioned, I spoke with Christian this past Saturday, and today being Monday, he has resolved the issue and issued me a reimbursement check. I've gone from incredibly disappointed to incredibly impressed. It is clear to me now that the issue arose from poor execution by the previous Service Manager. That person is no longer with the dealership. So, I've gone from a 1-star to 5-star rating and will be resuming my relationship with the dealership for service and possible future purchase. My thanks to Christian for addressing this issue in such a rapid manner. It almost renews my faith in human nature

The bumper is set with a gap on one side, which indicates that it was most likely replaced. On the way home, my tire pressure light came on and the fog light fell out (this is the best after sales preparation, maestro bravo. I reported this to Ross, I was given an answer that they would do it the next time I come. I came one more time a week later, you won't believe it, but they didn't reset the sensor error, the interior light bulbs (8134030110) (this is the original Ross number, if you need it!!) of course didn't come! They tried to fix my fog light, but alas, again failure, the fog light did not fixed and loose. Why is the tire sensor on? Ross's answer - we will do it next time along with the interior lamps (8134030110) (this is the original Ross number, if necessary). As a result of my trip, I received 2 M6 screws to secure the fender liner, and that's all .definitely worth the wait for a week) in the end!!! after 2 weeks Ross simply does not answer or pick up the phone! draw your own conclusion. I needed a pneumatic chisel to cut a groove into the metal, then use that with the chisel to back it out. The crush washer was completely flattened. Its like they used an impact wrench to put the plug on. around the same time my brakes starting squeaking loudly and only got worse. I brought it to a mechanic who then showed me that the pads installed by CSauto were the wrong size. The pads could have broke free causing me to get into an accident. The service this place does on their cars is ridiculous. They have no idea what they're doing and I'd be worried about every car on their lot. Like I said, this place is a joke.
