Both Chaz and his brother seemed to have a hard time controlling the van which made it scary for all involved. All the owner offered us was a $200 credit to book with them again. The driver and the company have been incredibly unprofessional. I would stay away from them at all costs.

As we were getting off the train, we had hard time handling the luggage from the train to the platform. The lady working at the cafeteria helped us and several other passengers. We were touched by her kindness and admired her thoughtfulness. We waited for assistance, but no one came. We managed to pull our luggage for a short distance, and then the electric golf cart driver came to help us with our heavy luggage and took us to the main building. We did have very good boarding experience and the red cap agents were very helpful and kind. Hopefully, the wheelchair service will be much better in the future.

I had a bag that I believed was stored underneath the bus while the vehicle was being refueled and cleaned. At some point during this process, the bag went missing. The bag contained numerous valuable personal items, and my contact information was inside the bag. Despite informing staff of the situation, I was not given an adequate opportunity to determine where the bag may have been misplaced or to thoroughly check for it. In addition, I experienced unprofessional treatment from the driver. Although the driver was able to locate my name and reservation, he insisted that I print my ticket because he was unable to scan it. Rather than assisting in resolving the issue professionally, his conduct was unnecessarily confrontational and contributed to an already stressful situation. The overall customer service experience was unacceptable. I felt that my concerns regarding my missing belongings were not taken seriously, and I did not receive the level of assistance that a passenger should reasonably expect when valuable property is lost. As a result of this experience: * My bag remains missing. * The bag contained valuable personal property. * My contact information was inside the bag. * I received inadequate assistance in locating the missing property. * I was subjected to poor customer service and unprofessional behavior.
