George is a great mechanic and a good, honest man…read more I went to him a few months ago when my check engine light turned on and 2 codes for my transmission came up which was nerve-wracking and financially concerning for me. 70% of the other mechanics I called for quotes weren't comfortable working on a Subaru transmission and the other 30% were trying to rip me off. When I dropped my car off at George's shop, he said that the codes were no longer there (only showing up in the history) and that he drove the car around and checked everything just to be sure the car was safe and functioning well, but since he didn't find anything wrong with the car, he didn't charge me the diagnosis fee. He did recommend that I get new tires (it was about that time lol) and the price he charged me for quality tires and the installation were way more than fair. Fast forward to now, my car is still functioning perfectly. He told me back then that sometimes when it rains hard (which it was the night my light went on), sometimes wires getting wet can trigger the check engine light turning on and those codes coming up. I appreciated George's kindness and honesty, and I'm not sure that other mechanics would've treated me with the same respect and honesty. He's also very friendly and responsive. I HIGHLY recommend him if you're in the area and in need of a mechanic.

Insanely high prices. I had my car towed for being parked illegally. Not their fault obviously…read more My car was towed about 15 minutes (less than 20 for sure) away from where it was parked. I was charged $392 to retrieve it! This is insanely predatory pricing. I was told that it was so high based on the distance, although I was in their office with a line of people who were all towed from about the same spot and our price was significantly higher than everyone else's so that doesn't seem to be true. We were all charged an "after hours" fee for picking our cars up on a Sunday afternoon when they are apparently normally closed, nevermind that they had just spent the afternoon towing all of our cars just a few hours before and were waiting at the shop for us to come get them! When I arrived I asked the one person waiting to meet people out front how long it would take to get my car back as I had several people with me who needed to be at the airport shortly and I needed to figure out that timing for them. He immediately got angry with me for asking questions and I'm fairly certain had them up my rate in the office because of it. They were immediately being rude and difficult with anyone who was even remotely unhappy to have to deal with this, whether they were being rude about it or not, and kept insisting they were just trying to help us! You would think people who spend their time stealing cars off the side of the road and extorting people for insane profits to get them back would be used to people being in a bad mood around them but apparently this isn't the case. To make matters worse, they handed out bottles of water while we were waiting (honestly, an appreciated kindness given the heat) and then proceeded to joke with us that we should frame the bottles as they were about to be the most expensive bottles of water we ever bought! Meanwhile there were people in line on their phones with loved ones trying to scrape together the cash to get their car back and somehow this was funny enough to them to joke about. I would never recommend this company for any towing because, as others have already noted on other review sites, their prices are ridiculous and on top of that their pricing, behavior, and attitude with people dealing with a stressful situation were predatory and cruel.

The work was completed promptly. The communication was great. The work was done well. Owner and employees encountered were polite, professional, friendly. Experience from start to finish was pain-free. The ONLY reason for not giving Flower Hill 5 stars is they do not accept credit cards. That's right, if there's no insurance involved you're writing a check or paying cash. When you're paying out-of-pocket for damages... sticking it to a person's bank account really rubs salt in the wound.

Wil, the shop owner, saw a scratch on my new vehicle's paint and, without being asked, went inside, got sand paper, a bucket and some polishing compounds. I watched in amazement as he made the scratch disappear. The charge? A smile and a thank you. If you own an exotic car and want to entrust it to a shop where the owner is watching over your pride and joy, I recommend you give these folks a shot. Routine maintenance (my experience) is done to factory specs. More extensive work like restoration, they have the people to do it right. Recommended without hesitation.

On June 12, 2014, I had the oil changed in the vehicle by Exotic Cars.  At that time the vehicle…read morewas in perfect working order and the oil change was routine maintenance for the vehicle. There is no dispute that during the oil change Exotic Cars broke my drain plug in the vehicle's engine, drilled out the broken drain plug, and replaced it with an aftermarket plug. Exotic Cars then negligently installed an incorrect aftermarket drain plug that utilized a brass washer, which subsequently failed on or about September 8, 2014 and caused all the oil to leak from the motor, which damaged my vehicle's engine. On or about September 8, 2014, I was driving the vehicle when the vehicle began operating erratically and the engine began making unidentifiable sounds.  I immediately pulled the vehicle to the side of the road and had it towed to Unique Automotive in Allentown, PA.  At that time the underside of the engine was covered with oil from where it had leaked out and there was no oil remaining in the engine. I contacted Exotic Cars and they requested the vehicle be brought to their location in Milford, NJ for inspection.  On September 10, 2014, I had the vehicle towed from Unique Automotive to Exotic Cars.  The engine failed due to lack of oil which resulted from Exotic Car's negligent installation of the incorrect drain plug on the vehicle's engine.  Exotic Cars then quoted me a cost $7500 to further inspect the engine, which was denied. Exotic Cars and destroyed my lamborghini and the one person who bears no responsibility whatsoever is me I have worked very hard for my car and taken great care of it. For Exotic Cars to claim they have liability whatsoever and to deny the claim is unquestionably in bad faith and a terrible way to run a business. Since on or about September 8, 2014 I when I experienced the initial engine failure I have had no use of the car. Not only do I hold Exotic Cars liable for the damage to the vehicle, but also for the ongoing costs that that is incurring including monthly car payments of $1,650, insurance of $525 and monthly parking charges of $330.  I intend to recover all of these costs in a lawsuit against Exotic cars. It has been 8 months and Lastly, Exotic cars ' so-called insurance "investigation" never contacted Me for an interview, nor contacted me to arrange for such interview.  I cooperated fully with regard to this claim and has been extremely patient without the use of MY vehicle since September, 2014. MY patience has reached its end. ANYONE THAT IS READING THIS PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO GET FIXED OR HAVE ANY WORK DONE AT EXOTIC CARS THEY TREAT YOUR CAR LIKE IT'S ON A ASSEMBLY LINE AND DOES NOT CARE FOR IT OR YOU!
