Stopped in to pick up that new sexy AF orange iPhone that's been calling to me in my dreams since it was released. I was putting it off but last night I woke up from a wet dream of cradling that sexy orange phone in the palm of my hands so I had to make it happen. Did in store pickup with a trade-in and it was super seamless and fairly quick. I have no complaints whatsoever visiting this location. Last time I was here was for a fun road trip that ended with an unexpected demo of Apple Vision which was really cool to experience. I'll definitely be back for all my Apple needs. Also, if you live too far from this location Apple has partnered with Best Buy to fix their products backed by Apples warranty.

Went there yesterday with my wife to purchase a new iMac and was being helped by a nice young man whom I believe was a bit green due to his limited knowledge without the ability to answer some questions without constantly referring to his hand held iPad. I asked to speak to someone with a better knowledge base on transferring data from my old iMac to the new one and he took me to speak with an apple " GENIUS ". I had the opportunity to speak with " DAVI " . He never introduced himself but went straight into a an answer which I'm sure he has answered a thousand times and was tired of having to explain this process. At no time did he speak with us, he spoke TO us. Twice I attempted to make a statement or ask a question and spoke over me and continued his answer as if he has spewed it many times before and did not want to be interrupted. By the third time I attempted to ask a question and was cut off, I advised him of the fact that he was not allowing me to engage in this dialogue, or rather his monologue. At this time he stepped to the side, no longer acknowledged our presence and started speaking to someone else. The man just reeked of arrogance. I sought out a manager and had a conversation with him regarding this. He stated that he has never had a complaint of this nature regarding this employee but with the ease and comfort in which DAVI felt in communicating in this manner; I really doubt this is the first time he has addressed a customer in this manner. It is so sad when you seek a professional service from such a reputable brand and receive this type of substandard behavior. The only reason I gave two stars is for the favorable past experiences. If you are at the store and need tech help make sure you DON'T speak to DAVI, be patient and wait for someone else. Don't ruin your day like it ruined ours.

We were assisted by a sales representative named Onasis, who strongly recommended an expensive Zagg Pro Max screen protector. He explicitly stated that it was high-tech, shatterproof, and would not crack or break. To convince us, he demonstrated by slamming his own phone onto the store floor, claiming this proved the product's durability. Based on this demonstration and his assurances, we purchased the screen protectors. Unfortunately, within about a week, both of our screens developed cracks and shattering--something we have never experienced so quickly with other screen protectors we've used over the years. We contacted the store and requested to speak with a supervisor. The person who answered immediately claimed to be the supervisor, identifying himself as Eric. He was dismissive, showed no concern, and repeatedly insisted that the sales representative had not misrepresented the product. Notably, he sounded very similar to the original sales rep (Onasis), which raised concerns about whether we were actually speaking with a legitimate supervisor. We intend to pursue this matter further to confirm proper management involvement and to ensure that sales staff receive ethical training. Customers should not be given false or exaggerated claims simply to secure a commission-driven sale. Advise I've received...never buy costly accessories from Tmobile go elsewhere for cheaper prices.
