This Apple Store is the bomb! It's not too far from home yet still close enough to make the drive out to. Stopped in to pick up that new sexy AF orange iPhone that's been calling to me in my dreams since it was released. I was putting it off but last night I woke up from a wet dream of cradling that sexy orange phone in the palm of my hands so I had to make it happen. Did in store pickup with a trade-in and it was super seamless and fairly quick. I have no complaints whatsoever visiting this location. Last time I was here was for a fun road trip that ended with an unexpected demo of Apple Vision which was really cool to experience. I'll definitely be back for all my Apple needs. Also, if you live too far from this location Apple has partnered with Best Buy to fix their products backed by Apples warranty. read more

This was my first time visiting the store and I was unsure of what the experience would be, to get my phone and airpods serviced. The customer service was very good, I was greeted upon arrival and headed to the genius bar to receive help. I had an appointment for my battery, as well as a handset phone issue where the sounds were muffled. I was able to get both fixed within an hour and I had no issues with my device after. The person helping me (I want to say his name was John, but I can't recall, as I went maybe two months ago and just reminded myself to leave a review) was very helpful and we spoke a bit about the job and how it was. The airpods were unable to be fixed -- but he was straight up about the life expectancy of airpods and explained why it would make more sense to probably replace them, rather than to pay for a service, where the same issue might happen again. One thing I appreciate is transparency and actual sound advice, rather than advising someone to pay for something that may happen again. I was able to pick up my phone as they were closing with no issues, they let me wait on the floor until it was ready to be picked up. I really wanted to share this with the store manager but can't find direct contact information so I'm going to tell everyone that when I stood waiting for the store to open, I was greeted by Carlos who unlocked the door. He took me to the first available table, looked at my phone & immediately fixed my problem! I'll echo the folks who were surprised by the negative reviews; a good number of them seem to be from last year, and so maybe the management listened to the constructive feedback and made some changes. The folks I worked with were wonderful. I strongly recommend making an appointment, because as you may have read, this store is always packed. And now with COVID, they're of course allowing fewer people in at a time. So I had an appointment and didn't have to wait outside at all; waited only a few minutes once I was inside. I needed to have my MacBook's battery changed, and not only were they able to do it, but they were able to do it in a few hours. Sal helped me out. He was so nice, and also took me through what they'd be doing once they opened the computer and so on. He called to give me an update while I was waiting in my car. Once the computer was ready, I went back and another super nice person was waiting for me to process the payment and give me back my computer; I think her name was Nicole, but I could be wrong. The cost was exactly what I'd expected by searching online before I made my appointment. Security was great; the folks who took my temperature and were overseeing COVID guidelines were great. Another key thing is it's located in a shopping center -- and so if you do choose to wait while they work on your computer (sometimes they have to send it out, so I was truly super lucky), there's a restroom nearby and plenty of places to walk around in. First, I'm a big Apple fan and love all my gadgets so this review is not about the product, it's about the store. I'm never been a big fan of having to be babysat just to look around. Was not allowed to look around without an assistant following me around. Felt super uncomfortable and maybe I just want to look. After an experience I had with customer service being so great, I was told by customer support going to the store to make an exchange will be no issue. The manager or "Black Shirt" was one of the most egregious employees I've ever had the opportunity to interact with. After basically being told that the customer service reps were lying and were misinforming me " mind you I was showing him chat logs". He also told me that although on my app I was able to request refund/exchange I was told I could not due to being over the 14 days, this was incorrect as for on the app it said I still had another 5 days. I left confused and decided to reach out to customer service again. I'm a matter of 10 mins they were able to set me up with an exchange. I wish I knew the name of the manager to better help you all know who to avoid. I will try to update with the name of the employee/manager. read more

First of all, came in to the store and no one is able to help me. Shuffled from table to table. Reach a table - both employees chat amongst each other without acknowledging me until I ask for help. Continue to shuffle me from table to table. When I finally am able to get someone to help me, Paul provides me with information that contradicts what another Apple Store provided me with. Really poor service from these employees and clearly Apple is not a standardized front, if one store offers me different information than another. Doesn't even try to help me reach a conclusion as to how the previous store was able to get such a specific trade in amount for my phone, but blames me that perhaps I am lying or have damaged my phone since then. I want to make this Apple store aware of a so-called manager who was not helpful today with our potential purchase of a MacBook Pro. He was unhelpful, not greeting, and showed zero remorse with our interest in purchasing a MacBook Pro. It was one of our worst experiences, similar to purchasing a vehicle at a car dealership. I had to come here twice recently- once for my iPad Smart Keyboard repair and once for my MacBook Pro repair. The first was a bust as I need to get a new iPad keyboard as it was out of warranty. However, they fixed my MacBook Pro as it was within warranty but they had to send it out (which I got it back within a few day via mail). My problem with this place is the wait. Despite the online reservations (for a time slot), i still had to go through 2 long lines - the first with the guy at the entrance to greet you and then another guy who assigned you to a seat at the Genius Bar. As it was crowded and I had to wait for over 20 mins just to get to the 2nd guy. It turned out some of people in the lines in front of me never made any reservation - and what was the point of making reservation? In anyway, Apple really needs to re think its queuing approach and method. I really hate to have to come here for support again! read more

About two months ago, I was having an absolutely garbage fire day, and to make it worse I angrily slammed my phone, completely cracking the front display to the point the screen was completely black. I use my phone for work, and had so much to do so I really cut off my nose to spite my face with this one. Not my proudest. So I guess needless to say by the time I rolled up to the Apple store I was not pleasant, and a complete hysterical mess. The staff was so ridiculously kind, making a last minute on the spot appointment for me even though it was almost time to close, and patient with my nonsensical, blabbering questions. Several staff, even the ones who are not helping me, checked in to see if I was OK, asked about my day, and even offered if I wanted to talk about anything! It was really above and beyond. Ultimately they fixed my phone, I was able to finish my work, and even though it was not under warranty any longer I don't think it was more than 100 bucks or so. On a less dramatic note, we also went there to fix my son's screen protector as well, they were very fast and efficient and he was so happy! My phone died. So went there on 7/17 , they guy told me need an appointment. So help me made the appointment in person for 7/18. When I entered the door on time (3;40) on 7/18, they couldn't find my appointment. So a very friendly staff made a walk-in appointment for me， that was nice of him. He told me come back half hour later and check with front desk what's time is my walk in appointment. I waited in my car for about half hour and went back in the store. I gave my name to front desk, and I saw my appoint is for 5:00, so I said I will be back at 5:00. Then she told me :" THAT IS THE ESTIMATED TIME, YOU NEED WAIT UNTIL YOU SEE A MESSAGE COME TO YOU ." So I were hanging out until 5:30 still did not get any message. I went back. They could not find my appointment AGAIN! Then finally they saw my name, the staff said it was canceled . I asked "Why?" He told me because I did not show up in 10 mins of my appointment. Could not understand what kind people here, what was going on there. Was there any training of them ? At 5:45, fortunately, they sent a technician to me. After he tried, told me no fixable. also they will close at 6:00 PM. So I ended up bought a iPhone 12Pro Max in the last 6 mins. This is the friendliest and most helpful Apple store I've ever been to! Upon walking in you are greeted by someone who instantly asks if you need help or if you are looking for something in particular. I had an issue with my MacBook Pro running out of storage and instead of having to wait for a long time to get someone from the Genius Bar - my sales associate was able to dedicate her time to me and resolve my issue all while being extremely informative, patient and helpful. She told me about how apple offers *free* classes on iMovie, photography, music making and more. We walked in at 11:40 am on a Friday. The store only had a few people in it. We got a text stating that an associate would be with us at 12:30. While we were waiting there were several employees just standing around. I don't know if other Apple stores are the same but 100% not worth it. This place is pure bedlam...one representative doesn't know what the next one is doing...while waiting for a Genius Bar appointment, they asked if I would like a text since t would take longer....roll forward 90 minutes, and I finally get a text. Adding insult to injury, they told me I was directed to the wrong line.....and how should they know I was I was in the store....OMG After stressing to the Apple rep that I was following their instructions and that we are talking less than five minutes since I got the text...and going round and round for five more minutes...they finally agreed to put me back on the list. My iPhone 5 S battery, was not holding a charge properly. So I decided to go down to the Apple Store to get it replaced. I was going to use it iFixit kit, to try to do it myself. But it seemed kind of tricky and complicated.I made an appointment the day before and had very good service over the phone. I arrived at the Apple Store at 12:40 P.m.,the time of my appointment. I was greeted warmly, By a associate when I first walked in the door. He told me to go to see the gentleman, back by the Genius Bar desk. I went back and an associate came out, and said oh no need to sit down hello my name is Joe, what can I help you with Sir? I explained him the problem with my battery not holding a charge properly. He said okay let's do a test of your phone. He hooked my phone up to his iPad and tested it out. I asked him his experience with batteries and iPhones that were from September 2013. He said some are just fine, Some are on the fence and some on their way out. The test revealed my battery to be weak. So I opted to replace it. The cost was $79.95.which included a 90 day guarantee. I asked how long it would be to put in the battery. He went back to check. He came back and said it's a little backed up so it will be one hour and 25 minutes. So I left my phone with him and went shopping. I came back in again was greeted warmly by associate when I came in the store. I went back to the Genius Bar and A different associate brought out my phone. He was very friendly and explained the battery was at 47%, because that's how the new were batteries are when they're not fully charged but that , The battery,would be fully charged and working properly,after I charged it when returning home. He asked if I had any further questions. I told them not at this time but thank you very much for the good service. I was very happy and satisfied with the service I got. Very professional quick with no frustration at all. I'm not sure why there's so many other negative reviews posted.
