He comes back in 5 minutes with exactly what I needed at my price point. I was in and out in 15 minutes or less! I spent 30 minutes at a big box store trying to explain to them I needed a very basic machine, they just couldn't grab the concept. I'll never get that 30 minutes back, but you can save yourself time and frustration. I'd prefer buying local any time I can.
