The guys took a look at it, and long story short, it couldn't be fixed. While I was devastated, the guys there treated me very fairly. Kudos to Matt! They saw my disappointment and only charged me the diagnostic fee. I would not hesitate to take a computer there again for a repair. That said, they are slow on follow-up and need to communicate better with customers. Other than that, I have no complaints whatsoever.
