I saw two other dentists and was told that my tooth was fractured and needed to be extracted. I came to this office during their annual free extraction event expecting to lose the tooth. Dr. Andersen took the time to thoroughly evaluate the situation and wasn't convinced that extraction was the right answer. She determined that the "lesion" was actually a piece of bone protruding through the gum and removed it. Almost immediately, the pain that had been bothering me for weeks was gone. I am incredibly grateful not only because she found the real problem, but because she saved my tooth. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to look deeper instead of rushing to remove the tooth made all the difference. Thank you, Dr. Andersen, for your exceptional care. He stated that he couldn't treat me and that I should either wait until Dr. Lee returned from vacation or take an appointment with him in a few days. Because of this delay I had to have the tooth extracted at considerable expense. Dr. Lieberman did not provide standard of care. I am reporting him to the Maryland State Dental Association.

Both my mother and my sister suggested that I try Dr Sigdel's office to see if I could get an appointment, as they have used Dr Sigdel before and were both satisfied. I gave the office a call and was able to set up a same day appointment that afternoon. Everything from the get-go was straightforward and explained to me. Dr. Sigdel put me at ease after I explained to her my concerns and issues and worked to make sure I was as comfortable as possible and informed as she went along. The procedure was done without a hitch and my issue was resolved. And kudos for the follow up phone call the next day. Dr. Sigdel and her staff could not have been more pleasant and professional. Long story short, 100% satisfied, would highly recommend for your dental needs, and will hopefully return in future for mine.

I never received a bill, statement, or any communication regarding an outstanding balance. Recently, I was contacted times by a collection agency demanding payment for a significant amount. When I attempted to contact the office directly to understand the charges and resolve the matter -- including offering to promptly pay any legitimate balance -- I was unable to speak with a manager or anyone willing to review the situation. Instead, I was repeatedly redirected back to the collection agency. Sending an account to collections without prior notice and then refusing to communicate directly with a former patient reflects very poor business practices. I had previously thought highly of this office (even despite a few minor complaints), which makes this experience even more disappointing and infuriating. I strongly encourage prospective and even current patients to ensure they understand this office's billing and communication policies and adherence of, before seeking or resuming treatment here.

No pain. Done in 35 minutes. I came back the next day for the temporary crown and was done in about an hour. A bit soreness due to bite pressure but well within expectation after 2 days of drilling. However, that didn't bother us much until the dentists wrong call led to an abscess on my husbands tooth because of which he had to get his tooth extracted from another dental clinic. My husband had a cavity on his teeth. The dentist did filling but no root canal. After few weeks the same tooth started to pain. This time too the dentist just redid the filling. After a week my husbands tooth started developing abscess. The dentist put him on antibiotics and said that the abscess will dry out soon. However, his abscess became worse. At that stage the dentist recommended extraction. Because of this issue, we no more go to this dental clinic.
