I saw two other dentists and was told that my tooth was fractured and needed to be extracted. I came to this office during their annual free extraction event expecting to lose the tooth. Dr. Andersen took the time to thoroughly evaluate the situation and wasn't convinced that extraction was the right answer. She determined that the "lesion" was actually a piece of bone protruding through the gum and removed it. Almost immediately, the pain that had been bothering me for weeks was gone. I am incredibly grateful not only because she found the real problem, but because she saved my tooth. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to look deeper instead of rushing to remove the tooth made all the difference. Thank you, Dr. Andersen, for your exceptional care. He stated that he couldn't treat me and that I should either wait until Dr. Lee returned from vacation or take an appointment with him in a few days. Both my mother and my sister suggested that I try Dr Sigdel's office to see if I could get an appointment, as they have used Dr Sigdel before and were both satisfied. I gave the office a call and was able to set up a same day appointment that afternoon. Everything from the get-go was straightforward and explained to me. Dr. Sigdel put me at ease after I explained to her my concerns and issues and worked to make sure I was as comfortable as possible and informed as she went along. The procedure was done without a hitch and my issue was resolved. And kudos for the follow up phone call the next day. Dr. Sigdel and her staff could not have been more pleasant and professional. Long story short, 100% satisfied, would highly recommend for your dental needs, and will hopefully return in future for mine.

I never received a bill, statement, or any communication regarding an outstanding balance. Recently, I was contacted times by a collection agency demanding payment for a significant amount. When I attempted to contact the office directly to understand the charges and resolve the matter -- including offering to promptly pay any legitimate balance -- I was unable to speak with a manager or anyone willing to review the situation. Instead, I was repeatedly redirected back to the collection agency. Sending an account to collections without prior notice and then refusing to communicate directly with a former patient reflects very poor business practices. I had previously thought highly of this office (even despite a few minor complaints), which makes this experience even more disappointing and infuriating. I strongly encourage prospective and even current patients to ensure they understand this office's billing and communication policies and adherence of, before seeking or resuming treatment here.

We've been watching this place go downhill for the last year or two. For Dentistry, the staff is…read morenice but the waits are very long and it's always a chaotic scene in the waiting area. Seems like they are overscheduling or just really disorganized. For Orthodontics, this was our first time using them and it has been a DISASTER! There have been numerous cancelled appointments because the orthodontist isn't in. And then it is very hard to reschedule because you can almost never reach a receptionist. The number is controlled by a call center who transfers you with no resolve. The payment plan they gave us was paid off early and now they want to collect again for additional visits but half the time they are rushing you in and out without fixing or doing the job that needed to be done at the visit. My daughter has had a broken wire for months and they keep saying they will fix it the next visit. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for orthodontia. This place is extremely unorganized, and you will pay extra for that. Not to mention they advised my daughter to get several teeth removed, which we did, and now she has gaps that are not closing because of their lack of care.
