I'll just share my special recipe, that displays the two items very well. Get a nice Mexican papaya and slice it up, along with avocado slices, and layer the two side-by-side slightly overlapping, and then over the top drizzle a little bit of a light colored balsamic vinegar, such as pineapple, or apricot, something like that... And then over the top of that drizzle a milder tasting EVOO! If you have a little bit of flaky sea salt that's really flaky... just a bare minimum hint of it here and they're on the dish is a little nice surprise on the taste buds. Truthfully, I don't even like papaya, but when I saw this recipe and made it for a dinner, the whole dish was gone by everyone. Unusual! Well, my husband is not such a healthy eater, but if he sees me eating two cups of it, he will ask where his cup is. And so I must share it. LOL! When I'm at home and it's just me, I don't care how I cut it up, I might cut it into a little chunks! It's impossible to take a simple dish like this without these speciality drizzles!
