I don't know what more I could ask for in a service situation…read more I submitted a Yelp request for service on my Maytag dryer that wasn't heating up so 6 service professionals respond, but SMA was able to do same day service and work with my schedule. The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. Does it get any better than this? I will be using SMA for any future service needs.

Josh programmed the Xfinity remote to the new TV, and my mother accidentally hit something that made the TV verbally announce everything she did. Josh asked if she wanted that, and my mother said no. Josh was quick-witted and a comedian; he had my mother laughing. You certainly can tell when an employee loves their job! When he returned home, I asked if the staff was wearing masks. He said 'No. and there were customers in the store not wearing masks either.' I was livid. IMO, any retail business that does not have their workers wear masks is telling the customer 'We don't care about your health. We encounter scores of people everyday and we may indeed be symptom-free but covid-positive.' Deal breaker for me. And then to add insult to injury, I'm not pleased with the knife sharpening.
