This place has everything when it comes to a military and airsoft outfitter - clothing, gear, new and used. Weapons, camo, flight suits, shoes, you name it. There is a small pawn shop inside also, and there is a huge variety of camping gear as well. The best thing about this place is the service. Had a great experience, almost like walking into a time capsule at times. I loved the atmosphere, almost like a museum. The owner was great, very personable, genuine and overall a delight to interact with. I witnessed firsthand the owner cares very much for each and every one of his customers without question and that is certainly why they have been open for so long. There were two people in front of me in the line and I was impressed with how generous he was when a guy got a pair of boots, the owner threw in a pair of his favorite socks with the guy's purchase. When I made it to the counter, we struck up a lighthearted conversation about what I was buying and had a good laugh. As a Veteran I cherish moments like these as it reminds me of the camaraderie I shared in the Corps. Although it was my first visit, it will not be my last! I saw a few things I wanted to buy but decided to wait, I'm glad because it gives me an excuse to go back. Although I did notice they offer layaway which is pretty useful in this economy. Can't wait to make the trek back (I live on the other side of town), who knows what I'll find next time! It's these kinds of establishments that make me feel proud to fork over a little bit of my hard earned mula because they actually do their job above and beyond, so I think if you're going to buy anything vet-related or need some bushcraft items or anything for camping/outdoors, they deserve it! Never been treated so awful in my life. My husband and I went to the store to look for some firefighter boots for him. We walked in around 6:45pm and the door was unlocked. We didn't see any hours posted except for they are closed on Sunday. We got yelled out by an older man who I assumed to be the owner, saying they were closed. We had no idea since the door was unlocked. This man almost made me cry he was so rude. Never going back again! read more

As a Veteran, As a woman and never the less as a African American. I will never spend a dollar in this store. I never complete reviews but the customer service was atrocious. I walked into this store because it was recommended by one of my fellow vets to purchase some ammunition and some other things. I walked in the store both store representatives were helping customers in which I stood back and waited as o should have. I browsed around noticed where the ammo was and started to look at the ammo that I could possibly purchase for my guns. One store representative walked by me as if I wasn't standing there. I thought to myself this can't be happening to me. The other representative came right by the ammo grab two boxes placed them on the counter called a guy from the other side of the store, still never acknowledged that I was there. At this point, I said if one more person walks over me I'm out of the door. I refuse to spend my money at a place like this. I did exactly that I walked out door. I don't want you to say you support "Veterans " say you support "Certain Veterans". This experience really damaged me as a veteran.I can't believe that people can be so cruel! I went to another store which was a further drive as soon as a walked in was greeted ,even though the guys was help another client he advised me that he would be right with me . I'm a resident of Irving and I will drive further away to get the essential items I need before I ever step foot in this store again! #allveteransmatter read more
