They provide good value for the dollar and their competitors are the companies mentioned earlier. Since 2002 I've been using this service for picking up something or dropping off. It's a very friendly environment and throughout the decades we've come to know each other really well. I do love the remodeling that has occured. It's spacious and beautiful. They not only ship and receive, but they have a mail box service as well as selling other services along with a variety of cards, see the pictures. Bud has retired but there's still people that know me here. It's located in a little shopping mall with a fair sized parking lot. I'm so glad that they remodeled the parking lot, there were incidents on a daily or weekly basis because of a big divider in the entrance to the parking lot. People would lose sight of it and drive upon it. If you were the unlucky one, you most likely needed to call a tow truck . Yes it was that large and tall. It took a long time but he finally put up the street pylon sign and signage decals on my doors. Again, it took a long time but I was ok with it. The work was great!! I understand the demands of business as a small business owner myself so I didn't stress the time it took. The last part of the project was for him to complete the signage for over my storefront. I have had a banner since opening in December and really need the storefrontsign. We spoke on the phone a few days before memorial day and he said he would "try" to get the sign up by the following weekend. I noticed the term try which made me think it wasn't happening the following week. Cool because I figured in a few weeks he would complete the job. After a few weeks i called and there was no answer at the business. I emailed for a timeline and update no response. I called over and over again no responses. I after calling with no answer I had my husband call and he asked for John but the man who answered said John was not in.I hate to say but I I think it was John who answered. If he or they were unable to complete the work they should have said so so I could find another option. Its terrible of to start something professionally you are unwilling to finish and the killer for mep is the lack of response. I'm very unhappy and disappointed I started with speedpro. Now I have no start tye process of finding another company. This had delayed my Grand Opening Event!!
