There's a kiosk to scan your package if you already have a label. Sending boxes isn't cheap anymore but there's not much choice but the big brands or USPS. Not to mention that they never offered tape even if it costs money. It's either they don't have tape as a UPS business or they don't care to offer you what you need to make sure your package gets to its destination safely.

I hired Optimum Moving company to move my apartment contents. Please don't use them! They said…read morethey will start at 8 am and came at 9. They said they will send 4 movers and they were only 2 with the driver. They had to finish loading by noon and they finished at 1:15 pm. On the way to the destination they stopped for lunch and arrived at 2:45pm. The condo I am moving in has strict rules that they have to leave the building at 5pm. They succeeded to bring everything upstairs but no time was left to assemble back what the disassembled. When I asked the company for them to come back another day to finish, he asked for extra money! Please pass the word around so nobody will experience what happened to me !!
