I only use this company I've had other companies come out and re-keyed my home for various reasons, I was very unsatisfied with other lock and key services here in Porterville Porterville. Porterville lock and key is the best their locks hold up, and I feel safe! Porterville Lock and Key is the best by far! They have always done an excellent job for me. They are fast courteous and kind and best of all reasonable prices! read more

Just had a great experience that really exceeded our expectations. I accidentally used the wrong key and got it stuck in the back door of our RV, then hubby tried to remove it and of course broke it off in the lock!!! Yikes (some cuss words came to mind) I called another locksmith first, he expressed his frustrations and said he was too busy to help us, leading me to call the #2 on my Google list of locksmiths in the area. Just upon calling I liked this place better. He came right out, extracted the key, made a new one on site and charged us only for the call. I was blown away and honestly impressed. Porterville Lock & Safe was recommended to me by one of my real estate clients after I had trouble getting a response from three other local locksmiths. Janet answered my call and set up an on site appointment. They called me ahead of time to confirm travel directions. Jason was there on time, and completed the work in a very professional and efficient manner. I recommended him to one of the large businesses in Porterville and they were already using his services. They said they like him because he's reliable, professional, honest and he's a great locksmith. read more

Come to find out this is common with them and they always have a lawyer on hand because of the issues they have with their customers. Another customer that had previously used them had stated they had almost the same exact similar issues. They were harassing us sending us messages on our keypads saying we were late when we have always paid on time for our service.
