We chose this company to keep our money local and support local business. This company brought in the stone and then used a few globs of silicone and a couple of wedges to support an 8 foot slab of stone. So basically the stone was floating on a couple of globs of silicone. Any weight on this countertop its going to crack... after several emails exchanged they never acknowledged thenvery poor woekmanship, only making excuses. Ignored concerns, would not acknowledge thw poor woekanshil and sent "contractors" that use jargan and completely disrespected my daughter dismissing her concerns. There solution was they'd rip out everything and kiss their ass. So basically, they are okay with BELOW STANDAED work and told my daughter just to pay up. They refuse to do the job PROFESSIONAL job AND have ZERO INTEGRITY. I DONT CARE HOW LONG YOUVE BEEN IN BUSINESS, A HALF ASS JOB IS A HALF ASS JOB!! And half ass is being kind!!!! I guarantee if the OWNER saw this installation he would be embarrassed, or i hope he would be!! I STRONGLY ENOURAGE anyone considering this company for a job - DON'T!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I got approved for the furniture set, took no time at all, and he was able to deliver the set same day within 3 hours (since the dining set was already at the store). I bought a bed from here 15 years ago and I can honestly say the customer service has not changed at all and that's a positive thing!

They deserve 0 stars. Terrible experience with this company and Milgard Windows. We remodeled our…read moreentire house, which consisted of all windows being replaced. They never came and measured the actual windows, instead relying strictly on a set of plans provided by the contractor. This resulted in several windows not fitting after they were made. Visalia Window also installed several of them incorrectly, so they would not open and close properly, and they have still never fixed those issues after 4 years of trying. A sliding glass door was installed improperly and they ignored our requests to address the issues until after stucco work was completed and it had to be completely ripped out and replaced. Then they damaged the replacement during installation and refused to provide any additional assistance. Another sliding glass door has a screen that won't roll properly and always comes off, so we can't even use it. They were paid $55,000 and swore they would do everything to fix all of the issues because they had a reputation to uphold, but they do not care about the customer after they take your money. They do not return phone calls or do anything for you once they are paid. Milgard Window Company is just as bad and do not honor warranties or provide any follow up assistance with poor quality installation of their inferior products. Be warned and go with another company.

She kind of showed us what basically they had to offer and the pricing, but I did notice a couch there that caught my attention and from what she had said is that he helps his friends or neighbors in his Area sell items that you know they don't get rid of or it's hard for them to get rid of I don't know but anyways we ended up buying a couch, beautiful piece of furniture. We just cleaned it up and a great price. I cleaned it up and it's in my living room but I do recommend this place. We did my fridge once once we get ours delivered, and then we're gonna put this one in the garage just to kind of have extra storage for the drinks but yes, I do recommend this place. She was able to help our family with a large estate sale ranging from household items and garden to farm equipment and tools. She was organized and communicated with us daily, asking questions and never assuming. Her advertising was spot on which really helped in our case as the property was in the countryside of town and a bit difficult to find, she assured us people would be able to find the sale and they did! Her staff was helpful with getting things loaded up for people and hauling stuff if needed, they worked SO hard to make the sale successful. But lastly... they cleaned up and organized things that were left, so we didn't have to walk into the aftermath of the dismantling of our family home, she and her team really care for their clients! The turn around of the book keeping records and payment were very quick and straightforward (within the week!).
