Earlier this week I brought in my bike to be properly fitted to me and to have my rear wheel trued. I made an appointment for Friday 12/19/25 @ 1030 am. Byron took the time to place my bike on a stand, have me get on the saddle and start pedaling. He then checked my legs, knees and made adjustments to my seat height and to my handle bars, for a more comfortable riding experience. My son's electric bike had a back flat tire and there's no way we could change it with all the gears that we knew nothing about. There was nothing in our little town here in Porterville so I drove to their shop. They said they were booked out until June 2, but they would take care of it for me today since my son really needed the bike for his only means of transportation to and from work. I went in to purchase a bike, I put down a $500 deposit, 10 days later I found a better price somewhere else and spoke to the manager to let them know, they wouldn't match the price so I asked for my deposit back, the manager told me they cannot give me my $500 deposit back.
