Another fantastic experience at Portillo's!!! My dog and I love coming here especially when there's perks like today a hotdog for $1 that's means we eat more than one! I ordered the Chicago hot dog, chili hot dog, and fries, delicious !!

At recommendation of my brother in law we stopped for a quick dinner at Portillo! And they are very quick! Enjoyed my Italian beef sandwich! For a quick meal, they offer options that met all of our parties needs which was a win.

The roast beef dip sandwich is to die for. It was truly a step above Arby's on a good day, the saved beef and dip is the best I have ever tasted. Highly recommended! It travels well and the fries are good as well.

Had the double cheeseburger with fries. Burger was huge, good, well cooked patties. Fries are a favorite. Saturday afternoon and kinda surprises me this place is literally empty. Nice outside sitting area as well, about to storm other wise I woulda sat out there. Def be back

    Lemon Cake Slice

My brother raved about their chocolate cake. So we went to try it. Ordered through the drive through. They have a nice big drive thru area. Order the chocolate cake and the lemon cake. The chocolate cake was ok. The lemon cake was pretty good. Has a strong lemon flavor but was really moist. The strong lemon flavor is not in a bad way.. but if you don't like lemon cake, you most likely won't prefer it. If i went back to this establishment, i would get the lemon cake slice again.

A cool-looking throwback restaurant in Kissimmee that was recommended, so we gave it a try. I loved the decor, especially the old juke box. While there are several tables and chairs, you place your own order and wait for your number to be called. The sausage sandwich with fries and the hot dog were a hit. The most popular menu item amongst the group was the cake shake. Wow - interesting and rich with flavor. Give it a try and enjoy!

It's a fast food, but ambience it's really pretty, I think one of the best I ever been, also they have draft beers, really hard to find in fast food chain. Good music, good service. Ordered the beef sandwich with peppers and onions, really good, wish I got more peppers because were so good. For the price you can't beat, also have hot dogs and other options. Never tried but they do catering.

I grew up in this area and it's really cool to see all the new restaurants. We first discovered Portillo's in Chicago and it was delicious. It's really cool to have one in Kissimmee and there's even Kissimmee/florida art and pictures all over the restaurant. What a great way to pay homage to the roots of it's location. Service here is similar to Chick-fil-A. You can use a kiosk or order at the counter. When your food is ready they call your number. All of the staff are very friendly. The restaurant is very clean and spotless. My go-to item is the Chicago dog! I love the toppings. To go with my hot dog, we get a large fry to share. You can't get a hot dog and fries without a large soda. Some other items on their menu are burgers, fish sandwich, chopped salad and beef sandwiches. They even have a new vegan hot dog. Recently we tried the beef sandwich and you can't go wrong with this juicy meet packed sandwich. Make sure you get the dipping sauce. For extra you can get peppers. If you are really daring you will have to get cheese sauce for your fries!! I'm always too full for dessert but if you really want to go all out.. they have some delicious looking cakes. While they don't carry kids meals, the food is very reasonably priced. I think Portillos is the perfect family environment.

Greek salad with chicken and fries
    Scott A.

We ordered the single burger and grilled chicken sandwiches with fries and soda plus the Greek salad with chicken. Burger and chicken sandwiches were cooked nicely, the Greek salad was huge and nicely presented. I would have enjoyed it more if the chicken had been cut all the way through into strips and not hot held down long as it was dry, but nicely seasoned. Would stop again as it was clean and service pretty good.

I enjoy portillos very much, when you go in you will see a pretty cool layout. There is car stuff everywhere. They have self ordering options or you can order with a person. There is plenty of seating as well. You wait for your number to be called and get your food. I love that they have a plant based garden dog which is what I usually get. There is also a ton of other options and dessert options as well!

I truly think Portillo's needs to expand to Colorado! I've watched you tubers eating at Portillo's and finally had the chance to try it in Kissimmee. They did not disappoint! I tried the Chicago style glizzy and I also had to try the Italian beef sandwich with sweet peppers and hot peppers. Both delicious and made to order. I love that they serve cheese on the side for dipping your fries or your food. Fast service but made with quality. The decorations were really cool too, and had an old classic car suspended in the ceiling. It's definitely worth trying!

I go to Portillo's every time I am in Chicago, and even though I prefer my hot dog very simple- with mustard- I LOVE a good Chicago Dog with all the trimmings. Just something about the merging of all those flavors and textures. So, when I heard that a Portillo's was opening in the Orlando area, I was a bit dubious- for 2 reasons- I like "local" food, and I feel that whenever a restaurant opens a branch out of state, it won't translate very well. So I put off coming here for a while, until I found myself in Kissimmee and I saw the sign out of the corner of my eye. I pulled over and parked. I walked in and was immediately transported into downtown Chicago, at the corner of Ontario and Clark Streets, I walked up to the counter and ordered my usual- a Chicago Dog. I paid and walked down to the pickup area, in awe at the similarities. I received my hot dog and sat down at a table and opened this incredible treat and took a bite- it was as if I WAS in Chicago! I am still a purist and would rather be eating a Chicago Dog in the WIndy City, but whenever I have a craving, I will happily come here. I can't wait to come back and try the Italian Beef Sandwich!

Fingers crossed for a good chili dog

Food was excellent ... each one of us had something different and we all enjoyed our meals. BBBLT & Bloody Mark were a hit with one friend, Tractor Special with a bacon waffle & scrambled eggs was enough to split between 2. The California scramble was well made and the potatoes made it worth it. I only photographed my own food, sorry to fail the dishes above. My s'mores mocha was messy but delicious, and I'm still dreaming of the brûléed bananas on French toast with pecans. I added a side of bacon (which came separately, but I added it to my plate). Decor is cute and big groups are easily accommodated. We'll definitely be back.

The team here are very friendly and fun - from the host to the server to the bartender, they are a great team! Sadly, this will be our last visit to a Hash House a Go Go and that is due to a menu item change they are making. I was informed that their S'Mores Mocha will no longer be topped with marshmallow fluff but with just some marshmallows floating in it. That makes no sense to me but we were told they were having a hard time getting the fluff so they are moving to just marshmallows and this is across all stores. That drink was the main reason we would visit every time we were in a city that had one of these restaurants. We would also get one of their massive breakfasts to go with the coffees and we liked all the breakfast options. But that drink was the driver so I won't return. I'd give a lower rating but I hate to do that to the team at this location - they are really great people so if that mocha is of no consequence to you, definitely try this location.

One thing I believe in is when a restaurant is consistently packed, that signifies the food is good. Along with other groups of people, I had to wait to be seated, but it wasn't for long. I followed the hostess through the spacious restaurant until he placed me at a small booth table. My server was very pleasant. She approached the table, warmly greeted me, and asked if I would like some orange juice, which I gladly accepted. At the same time, I placed an order for their apple cinnamon french toast. Wow, I was impressed with the presentation. Three thick slices of bread nicely browned with cinnamon-spiced apple filling and dusted with powdered sugar. This dish didn't need any syrup. The flavors from the apples was just enough and it was so ooey-gooey good. The meal was thoroughly enjoyed and I received satisfactory service. I am definitely looking forward to my next visit.

The restaurant itself is pretty average in terms of decor and could definitely use a refresh, both in seating and overall appearance. Upon first impression, cleanliness was lacking in certain areas, which set the tone a bit. Once seated, a busser took our drink orders, and our server came by shortly after to introduce herself and let us know she'd return to take our order. After ordering, the food came out in about 20 minutes, which was reasonable given how busy they were. Portion sizes were generous, definitely more food than we could finish. However, service became inconsistent as we were attended to by multiple staff members, likely due to the rush. We experienced the longest delays waiting for basics like syrup, drink refills, and utensils after the food had already been delivered. As for the food, it was good but fairly average for a breakfast spot. While everything was prepared well, it lacked the standout flavor you'd expect after nearly an hour wait. Additionally, the women's restroom was noticeably dirty and not well-maintained, which was disappointing and reinforced the overall impression that cleanliness could use more attention.

Naomi at the front was amazing--welcoming, professional, and set the tone the right way both nights. The manager was also phenomenal each evening and clearly takes pride in the operation. Jose behind the bar is a nice guy and can absolutely make a solid drink. That said, the service at the bar didn't match what you'd expect from a place aiming for a higher-end, Michelin-style experience--especially when I was the only person sitting there. There just wasn't that elevated level of attention or engagement you'd expect. Food-wise, night one was incredible. The sea bass was one of the best dishes I've ever had--perfectly cooked, balanced, and memorable. Night two told a different story. The scallops were overcooked, though still had good flavor. What stood out more was that I wasn't checked on until I was literally on my last scallop... again, as the only guest at the bar. My honest takeaway: if you go in expecting a Michelin-level experience, make that known upfront and I'm sure you'll be taken care of. But the real question is--should you have to ask for that? There's a lot of potential here, and some things they're doing extremely well. Just needs consistency across both the kitchen and the guest experience. Nestled in a well appointed boutique hotel the ambiance and welcoming is fantastic, definitely a must try in the area!

I'm here helping my daughter move into her apt and I just couldn't stomach anymore fast food which dominates the area. Checked yelp, saw this spot mentioned and said yep that's the one. Holy heck I'm so glad I ventured over because this sh*t is the bomb. Firstly the woman at the counter (kicking myself for not getting her name) was so warm, friendly, and welcoming and easy to talk to. I walked past a few people in front of me to grab a take out menu and she greeted me with a huge smile and handed me a dine-in menu saying it's bigger and they have so much good stuff to look at. She wasn't kidding - I was overwhelmed. Dining solo so I knew I couldn't get all the apps I wanted to try, and it's always a tad nerve wracking being alone in a new place. When it was my turn to order she made me feel comfortable and provided some advice on what to order. I settled on the Schawarma combination platter and chose tabouli and hummus as my 2 sides. It only took maybe 15 minutes (if that) and when my order was up she showed me my dinner and holy hell it ruined my drive back to the apt. I have never seen hummus that looked so good. The meat, the tabouli--wow. The ten min trip back was hell on wheels when all I could think about was the meal awaiting me in the black takeout bag sitting beside me. Finally got back and the first taste of the hummus with the oil and garlic and I don't even know what other magic was sprinkled on there was so good, I had to stop myself from gorging on just the pita and hummus and try the schawarma. The meats were tender, juicy and full of flavor. The tabouli was the perfect complement, fresh and refreshing. It's a very generous portion and I was only able to finish about half the platter. I am coming back before I head back home - this place will occupy space in my brain every time I'm craving Mediterranean food.
