I've had some of these knives for over 12 years, and I honestly thought a few of them were beyond saving. They had chips in the blades, rust spots, and were dull as hell. I'd tried those little knife sharpeners from Fred Meyer over the years, and they never did shit. When I got my knives back, I was honestly blown away. Every one of them was razor sharp. The chips were gone, the rust was cleaned up, and they looked and felt almost brand new. These weren't cheap throwaway knives either. They were good quality kitchen knives, so seeing them brought back to life was awesome. The price was more than fair, especially with him picking everything up and dropping it back off. It saved me a trip, and the turnaround was crazy fast. If you've got knives sitting in a drawer because they're too dull to use, do yourself a favor and give Chad a call. Her word of the day is always safety (necessary and appropriate!). I had brought my knives into her shop wrapped in paper and she instructed me to bring a couple towels for pickup. I'm in the market for new kitchen sheers and garden clippers and She also gave me advice on what to look for and a few brands that she prefers organized by price range! I really appreciated that because I'm trying to buy better quality that will last me forever. Highly recommend this business. I'll definitely be back. Side note, there is a dry cleaner and a shoe repair shop just up Sandy from here so it's convenient too.
