I called here to merely get a quote and take advantage of the "free consultation" advertised on their website. When I called, I spoke a receptionist named Shelly (sp?). I felt like she was literally screaming at me, and not actually listening. Her thought process appeared to be disjointed and hyper and lacked clarity in addressing just a couple initial questions I had. I was put through to a 'joint voicemail' for Dr. Heidi Olejnik and Dr. Jennifer Brocker. I have no idea how this is HIPPA compliant. As an avid adventurer, I've had my fair share of injuries over the years. Chiropractic has always been underwhelming, and long term problems always returned. Within 4-5 months of consistent visits, he FIXED a neck problem I had for almost 15 years. He was able to isolate specific joints in my neck that no other chiropractor has been able to understand or manipulate, he just has a very high level understanding of the way the entire spine and everything around it works. We got there 10 mins early, but didn't get in until 20 mins after our scheduled appointment. When we did go in, the entire treatment was less than 15 seconds (yes seconds), and we owed $200! I have been to various chiropractors and costs are between $50-$90 per visit. I was disappointed mainly because the doctor we made the appointment with, a well-known, well-respected pediatric chiropractor, was not there. Dr Randy Hewitt DC is the BEST chiropractor !! I have been going to him for over 25 years. Over the years have had an on the job injury, have fallen, muscle issues, neck issues, etc and he has helped greatly. When have an issue, I go see him and within a couple visits, healed. It can take awhile to an available appt, as very busy, so when in need and can't get an appt, I go to couple other chiropracters and they aren't as knowledgeable and good as Dr Hewitt.! At one time, all I could do is lay down, couldn't walk or sit, as too painful. Couldn't get an appt that day with Dr Hewitt, so went to one available. That Dr made it worse. When went to Dr Hewitt, after 2 visits, pain free and all well. He knew it was in my hips, not my back. LOVE Dr Hewitt and thankful to he is here to help relieve my pain! read more

I started going here a year ago to address some strain in my neck and upper back after a rear end accident. i was seen by RAY CAPONE for over nine months every other week. my experience with DR RAYS treatment was awful. DR RAY adjusted every joint in my body with extreme force, more then once i yelped out in pain from his the amount of force he used to adjust me. he adjusted parts of my body that i was not having any pain in, which left me with residual chronic pain. At the time of the accident i was only 4 months PP for my second child and so my body was really in no condition to be forcefully manipulated on a weekly basis. I had X rays done after my crash and my hips were fine, after 9 months of treatment with DR RAY i now have sacroiliitis, a painful and hard to treat condition in my SI joint. DR RAY kept adjusting my left hip for months even when i said it was painful and getting worse, looking back i wished i would of said something right away but DR RAY lead me to believe chiropractors are harmless and the pain was in my head. my PIP claim is over and DR RAY had done thousands of dollars worth of work on me that left me in worse shape then the day i walked in there. in my opinion DR RAY was insensitive and arrogant, a terrible trait for a chiropractor. i could go on about how he said i didn't need massage and would not hear me out on what i thought could help me, he just adjusted like i was a paycheck instead of a person, i am still struggling to correct the damage he inflicted on my hips and back, it is the worst chronic back pain i have ever had . i would advise anyone to avoid DR RAY. the only positive part about my treatment here was the that i got a visit with Dr Randy Hewitt and Willow, both were sympathetic and tried what they could do to fix me in the month or so i had left to bill to personal injury protection. read more
