To start, Jake showed up a day later than he said he was to bid on the job. Once I told him where I was at with quotes from other companies, he gave me a price that we accepted. He showed up the day he said he would and chopped it all down. The first thing that was unacceptable to us is that his wife showed up to help with their young TODDLER. He was just walking around our property without supervision. I had a hacksaw in the back yard, and he picked it up by the blade and I had to get it from him because they didn't have eyes on him. At the end of the first day, I was grilling food for my family, and we fed them all dinner just as another thank you for helping. They came back out the next day and cleaned up the rest of the debris and he texted me and said he would be back out with a stump grinder to get the roots out. He brought the grinder, and it wasn't big enough for the job. He then said he was going to just cut the stumps down short, which was not the agreed upon plan, and I told him that he was supposed to remove them. He came back with a buddy the next day, picked up the grinder, said he was going to get other equipment to pull the stumps and that he would be back in 2 days. 2 days came and he was a no show. I messaged him and he said he would be there the next day. Didn't happen again. He said he would be there on Friday (the Fourth of July) to do it and apologized. Friday came and he didn't show up. Through this entire thing, I had to be the one to reach out and communicate with him over and over again. We were understanding and patient with him and he completely abandoned the job. We are now stuck with a bunch of stumps to deal with and our plans for this location are shot for the time being. I will not be using him for anything else I have going on and I do not recommend anyone else trust this guy to complete the work that he starts. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

The moss was overtaking the grass so it was an eyesore to watch. Fernando came in one day took the grass off and in the same day laid out the new sod. He was so quick and made it seem so easy. Granted I have a small front yard but this guy knows his stuff and is reasonable in the price. What I loved even more was that I have a side bush and bark dust that was old and full of weeds. He cleaned it out and left it looking amazing at no extra charge. This guy does it all, yards, roofing, clean up, hauling. If you need anything just call Fernando. We met with Chris (owner) about our sad lawn that had multiple issues and, after a really wet winter, there was also an overgrowth of moss. No other company seemed to know what to do with it and getting it back into shape was beyond our basic gardening knowledge. Chris got right to work diagnosing and prescribing. After one application of moss control/fertilizer, the lawn is already greening up and looking healthier. He'll be back to aerate, rake, and seed. Chris and his partner also took care of some shrub issues in our yard. Chris is truly a lawn doctor...he knows everything about treatments, products (and their ingredients).
