We were remodeling our house and we ordered a dumpster from Dumpster City. The driver said he has left dumpsters on driveways that are more sloped and that it would be fine. When he placed the dumpster it was done incorrectly and the dumpster rolled into our garage and caused serious damage. For the last six months we have been trying to get their insurance to cover the damage and we have heard nothing. We have had to spend countless hours trying to contact someone with no luck. Finally we had to put a complaint in with the Oregon insurance commissioners office, and file a claim with our insurance so they can fight their insurance company. DO NOT HIRE! IT IS NOT WORTH IT, NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOU OR YOUR HOUSE!
