After a couple weeks I went in person and stood there until they had to wait on me. Got a price and ordered the cap, had it installed, a window cage was missing that I paid for, I called, they said they would credit me. After a month, I had to go in person to force them to wait on me and credit me. Fast forward a year, my son came in and gave all his info to order another cap for our second truck. That was a month ago, still no answer! Go somewhere that actually wants your business, these guys just don't seem to care at all. Horrible customer service, but the install guys are nice and do a good job.
