After a month, I had to go in person to force them to wait on me and credit me. Fast forward a year, my son came in and gave all his info to order another cap for our second truck. That was a month ago, still no answer! Go somewhere that actually wants your business, these guys just don't seem to care at all. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted and asked what they could do to help. They took the blade outside to my vehicle to see if it could be repaired.
