My last trip when rinsing the timer ran out added more quarters and when it restarted it shot out a bunch of soap causing me to restart all the rinsing. I prefer manual car washing to automatic locations but this one is so frustrating I prefer to drive to the north side of Roger's to use a car wash that actually works. They worry about bbq and propane sales versus their core business.

It was so easy for me to see what I'm doing and to pull into the glass tunnel because it's so open and there was no track system to navigate! At other car washes I worry if I'm going to damage something trying to fit the tire into the track. Generally the bed was clear except for a couple small sticks and a half broken hitch cover (which I wanted to keep). The employee proceeded to throw the items away. While I recognize the bed should be empty - jumping into the vehicle, unannounced or unwelcome, while moving was not only not appreciated but unsafe for both the employee and myself and my family in the vehicle. If there was concern with the items in the bed of the truck, they could have asked me to stop and retrieved the items at that time. While the hitch cover was returned to me - the unprofessional nature of the encounter as well as the pure disregard for safety is unacceptable. I am considering changing my business to another car wash in the area.
