Last night me and my daughter ate at Posados for the first time and had a wonderful experience. We were politely greeted by the hostess, and were promptly seated. Our server was Kelsie, she immediately smiled and introduced herself and dropped off chips, salsa, and flour tortillas. She brought our drinks promptly and asked us if we would like to start off with an appetizer or queso. We ordered the queso, which was brought out very fast and was hot and delicious. Kelsie took our order and periodicly checked on us and even brought out refills without us having to ask or get low on drinks. My daughter ordered chicken fajitas, and I ordered the enchiladas tres with soup and everything tasted fresh, hot and delicious. We were offered sopapillas and we told that there was complimentary ice cream as well, but we were so full that we passed on dessert. I highly recommend requesting Kelsie as your server. She was friendly, polite, knew the menu and recommended which entrees were the best since it was our first time here. We had the best experience and will definitely be back. read more

I ate there last night in a party of 9 with friends and family and I must say the service was AMAZING!!!! Our server Sharon was so attentive she checked on us regularly and made sure we had not only a great time but experience! I would highly recommend her as a server!!! As far as the food everything was fresh and hot. Everybody in my party was raving over how good the food was. It was so good I had to ask our server who the manager was and I must say Robert your running a great team over there! I can't wait to come back and visit this restaurant. We LUCKED OUT TONIGHT!!! My husband, sister in law, myself and 2 young nieces came to Posados in Bossier city and we got the famous " Sharon" as our waitress. I've read several awesome reviews from here where Sharon was their waitress, so when she said her name, I already knew we were in the best hands possible. What they say about her is absolutely true. She's attentive, professional, she's got a great personality and one of the major things for me -, it's obvious that she LOVES her job . Last night my daughter had her21 birthday party at posados bossier!!! What a milestone to remember there were a lot of other table celebrating but our table felt special thanks to a server name Sharon top notch service excellent customer service knows her stuff.several of us start with a house specialty drink she recommend....great others had the house margaritas to die for. We had a great time at Posados on old minden rd. I ordered the ribs. I thought I'd be different. It did not dissapoint!! BEST RIBS IN SHREVEPORT!! My husband and I travel all over the country. I always try a burger or ribs in every town we stop at. These ribs here rival any so far in this state!! Our waitress Joanie, so much fun!! Thoughful, attentive!! Stop today for the first time. Been seeing this place for years. Finally decided to give it a try. I came and and it had a very authentic feel. The hostess was so sweet and lovely. As soon as I sat someone was right over with chips and salsa. Which was so delicious! My server CC made me feel like I had been eating here for ever. She was so attentive. Of course, I gazed at the reviews and i'm shocked because this is authentic restaurant! I dipped into the salsa and I could tell it was homemade. Our food tasted delicious ( wishing more restaurants were like this where we are from). Also, Brandon, our waiter, gave excellent food suggestions and made sure everything went well in our experience. He truly served. My husband and I went for lunch today and Sharon was our waitress! She was so attentive, friendly and upbeat! I appreciated how quick she was and also she just looked at our table without asking and automatically knew we needed drink refills, napkins, more chips, our check, etc. She is an excellent waitress. The manager came over and spoke with us as well which was nice. I gave 4 stars because our grilled veggies were cold when brought out to us but edible. Enjoyed our lunch today! We come from southern Arkansas and are typically disappointed with the service and the food. Tonight my wife and I decided to give posados a try. We were both surprised at the tentative service and the quality of the food. I ordered a Cancun which has a pseudo fried taco enchilada and stuffed pablano pepper. I used to eat here when it first opened nearly 20 years ago and then I moved to Florida. I came back a few days ago for the first time since and was so pleased with the food and the service. My server was C.C. and she was so nice and attentive, but the food was the star of this visit. Florida Mexican restaurants, bless their hearts, just don't know how to do authentic "Tex-Mex" so I rate this visit 5 stars and will come back again when I visit again. read more

We come here a couple of times a year. Today was absolutely outstanding. The chips, tortillas and food was near perfect. On top of having great food, we had one of the best servers I've had in my whole life. Odessa was so thoughtful to have extra salsa and tortillas before asking for them. Love this place Rhiannon our server provided exceptional services as always! Our glasses are never empty, and she always makes sure we have plenty of chips, salsa, and tortillas while we wait on our meal. This is my favorite place to go for Mexican food in Bossier City! Everyone is always so nice and helpful! The food is always excellent! I've never had a complaint nor had to send back any food! Heard about this place from a friend. So hard to find great tamales. I love tamales! I had there's and they taste so authentic and amazing. Wow! You guys have to eat here the food is amazing. I came in with my grandson and we love the fresh tortillas! Our waitress Cece made sure we had them at our finger tips hot and ready. I ate here on last week and I came for fajitas. They came out smoking and sizzling! I just love the butter that comes with them.
