I tried this salon for the first time recently. The salon was nice, employees were friendly. I really liked my pedicure and it's held up well. I got a dip manicure and within 4 days 2-3 of my nails had chipped. Within a week, the polish on 3 of my nails had completely come off. -- I don't live extremely close to the salon so I didn't have time to go back and ask for it to be corrected. I was a walk in and they got me in for a pedicure and tips+ dip on my nails. I did the deluxe pedicure which I would def do again. My feet are super soft after the wax treatment! I showed Mai the photo I was going for for my nails and she made a recommendation of tips plus dip powder. She was great at educating me along the way. I'm really happy with how my nails turned out. I will say, while I had a great experience, there were people with appointments that waited 30-40 minutes beyond their appointment time.
